The location is good, there are 3 supermarkets within a 2 minute walking distance which sell pretty much everything, the walk to main Zadar and the old town is scenic, you pass through the docks. The bed was comfy, and everything was well organised. If you’re cold you can also grab a blanket for free, and you have well kept toilets and showers
Can’t say much about the staff as they were barely around, but whenever I interacted with them, they were friendly and approachable
I often got woke very late at night due to people talking full volume outside, sometimes even shouting in the kitchen and sometimes outside our dorm, we’re talking about 2am, 3am - despite there being a ‘noise fee’ it doesn’t seem to be enforced as this was 2 nights I was woken up by this and it ruined the experience for me.
Additionally, the other guests staying at the hostel was inconsiderate, having their phone full brightness in the middle of the night for ages, therefore all you had was a constant flickering light.
I hope Backpackers Hostel will introduce a rule where phones must be low brightness at a certain time and sort the noise from the kitchen out as it ruined the experience for me

It is a cozy hostel, located in a right place, out of the crowd! I loved to stay there and the stuff is super kind :) highly recommended!!!!

The location was convenient for me and I generally liked the property, especially the rooftop. It was clean and the staff was always nice! I think it is great for socializing.
There were a lot of problems with noise during my stay. I mentioned it to the staff and they let me change rooms afterwards right away. They were even nice enough to move my stuff while I was out. Nonetheless, I barely slept and was overall happy, when the stay was over.
