Located very close to the bus station which was a great advantage for us. Some tours to Plitvice will pick up by the supermarket opposite bus station (they call it a South pickup) which is also great. Short taxi ride to Zadar old town (Catch taxi from bus station). Get taxi phone number or WhatsApp ID on first journey so can call if required later. Once you know the way to Old Town it is easily walkable. If lazy can call a taxi for return journey.
Shower is tiny but not really a problem. Room tiny but plenty of space to chill out in common area.

Fantastic little spot in Zagreb, away from the center but only a 5 Euro Uber into the old town. The rooms are small but have everything you need. The shared kitchen has absolutely everything you would need, they even have paper towels, cling film and foil, which you never find in properties on booking.com

The location was very good for us, near the bus station for our onward journey. Instructions for entry were very clear and after a bit of tricky finding, getting in was super easy. The downstairs is fully stocked and comfortable. The room is compact, but comfortable and for us fine. Roki & Diva were great to contact with prompt and helpful replies.

Good contact with the host; they gave us helpful and clear instructions how to get to the apartment. Great location, specifically if you need to be close to the bus station (5 minute walk). Comfortable beds, AC in the room, spacious common area with kitchen.
Although the description mentioned small bathroom, we didn't except a shower space so small it is barely possible to wash properly. Every time you flood the entire bathroom, which was shower without a cabin, toilet and little sink on the space of 1 m². Additionally, the shower head has such pressure it releases a huge amount of mist/little droplets of water. We were disappointed especially after a long travel. It didn't help that we found very long set of rules where the host basically put the responsibility of poor constructed bathroom on the guests who were asked to clean after shower.
The terrace that was mentioned in the description is actually a patio with very high walls around it, with no view whatsoever. It felt a little trapped like we had no window.
We didn't appreciate sloppy details around the house such as unpainted wall on the terrace or the shelf in the bathroom which was covered with improperly glued foil.
