In our rush to get to Tuscany, we only booked one night in Orvieto. The Orvieto region and Agriturismo Cioccoteta need a minimum 3 night night stay. This is such a beautiful area with much to explore. Agriturismo Cioccoteta is tucked away high in the the rolling hills of the region with wonderful distance views of Orvieto. If your looking for cleanliness, peacefulness and beauty with a joyful and accommodating host, then Agriturismo Cioccoteta is for you. Just make sure to book a long enough stay.
The bed is very firm by North American standards. We're used to more cushion.

We really enjoyed our short two night stay. The room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious and there were so many delicious baked goods.
The only thing I might change would be to offer some sort of tea kettle or warm beverage station in the evenings. It would have been nice to sit with a hot tea in the common area. But otherwise we found everything we needed.

Wonderful stay at a clean well furnished accomodation in the country with beautiful views all around. The owner was very friendly and assisted us in dining recommendations which were great. Wish we could have stayed longer!
