Property layout. Breakfast!
Would be great to have access to a mini fridge in the common area (to serve all thr rooms). This would be handy for cold drinks and a bloc of parmegiano!

Quiet location with view on Orvieto and the fields around it. Very good host who gave us golden tips about where to go, where to eat and what else to see in Umbria. Clean rooms. Good breakfast.
It's a long drive to the house. That's why it is so quiet :-) A pity we could only stay 1 night.
