Headboard!! It banged every time you moved in the bed. Needs to be fixed to wall with some pads to stop banging

All quiet when I arrived but texted codes got me in to my room
Interesting area to walk around with a busy station, abbey ruins and rowers on the water
Ate in restaurant which was good

The restaurant was very good and food excellent.
Room was hot in the rafters and the fit out was poor. No reception and could not get the light to come on in the bathroom. Apparently you had to tap the light. Not for me.

Parking and restaurant.
For an older couple , 70 plus, climbing two flights of stairs was daunting with luggage and no help.

Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed
Food generally excellent except for the very tough steaj,
The smaller steak was too tough to either cut or eat so I had to leave it. This was very disappointing after a long drive
I did not want a large meal so chose the smaller steak.
The vegetables were beautifully cooked.
Also the normal Bookingcom check in did not work as normal. The hotel system seemed different had not registered my normal pre registered details so I had to do it all again.I use Booking.com a couple of times per month so I do not understand it. The online check in was extremely complicated and not normal for Booking . com

Easy parking which was free.
Great Bistro for dinner and breakfast. Great local dishes.
Modern clean public areas.
Easy walk to the historic town or along the canal, very handy for the station next door!
Friendly staff. handy for the Le Shuttle, 40min drive away.
Rooms very basic and featureless, which was at odds with the rest of the building.
Very steep stairs to the rooms and no aircon, which is okay for the downstairs rooms with large windows but less good on upper floors.
Bathroom just looked tired and bit industrial.

Nice hotel in the centre of St Omer. It combines with a popular restaurant. The room was on the 2nd floor overlooking the main entrance to St Omer train station. The bed was comfortable and aided sleep. There is parking available on site
.
My stay was at the end of June, and the weather was good, the room was stifling, opening the velux window helped but rained at 05.00 and the noise of rain on the velux seemed to be very loud and woke me. Perhaps some form of aircon or even a fan should be looked at?

The location of the hotel was great and on site parking was a bonus. The bed was comfortable.
The showroom was too small. You could not wash in the basin without spilling on the floor. Had to sit sideways on the toilet as the door was in the way. The showroom needed a deep clean. The stair carpet needed a good vacuuming.

Very comfortable bed, nice view on the train station and very cozy room! There is water and a coffee machine with several capsule. 10min walking distance from the center and private parking.
The room on the second floor can get a bit warm.

It's very good value for money. Dogs are allowed. There is parking, though the spaces are rather tight. The restaurant downstairs is always well patronised so I think it must be good. I got a lovely long drink of orange juice. Good value too. The hotel is right next door to the railway station which consists of three simply stunning buildings, really worth seeing. St Omer is a great stopover on cross-channel journeys.
The coffee machine doesn't work.

It was all good

The bed was very comfortable. The location was quiet, near to the canal and good for exercising the dog.
Breakfast was good value.
The towels in the bathroom were clean, but quite shabby and had a strange, unpleasant smell.

Stunning location, beautiful decor and absolutely fabulous food. Would highly recommend, and will definitely stay again.
Nothing.

It was close to the trail where I was hiking.
Wow! When it comes to staying in a paid establishment, I seek safety over comfort.
This place locked us in during the time of day the restaurant was closed.
I tried to exit the rear access door only to find the door handle was missing, preventing me from getting out.
On the wall hung a handwritten message." Please excuse any issues during construction ".
Never again!7

Free good parking. Easy to check in.
Coffee machine
Shower door (glass) was completely broken and off its hinges. I managed to just about squeeze into the shower, but it was nearly impossible and I got stuck inside for quite a time! I told the staff in the morning and showed the photo of it, but had no discount. There's no way that if anyone cleaned the shower that they wouldn't have noticed.
Room was in the top of the building, low beams and difficult to move around in the room. No proper wardrobe. Very overpriced.

good location on way to tunnel. easy parking and walking access to town. good restaurant on site. good value
bathroom slightly cramp and had to be careful about view into room as by station.

The room was adequate for the price. The hotel adjacent to the railway station was ideal.
There was no soap in the bathroom. No shampoo etc either, but a small bar of soap to wash hands on arrival would have been useful.
There was a power cut in St Omer (not the hotels fault of course). We had hoped to eat in the hotel, not having eaten since breakfast. No hot food was available, but the hotel would not even sell us some bread and cheese.

Stylish and well kept old building with cozy room. Easy self check in when the staff wasn't in place. Good quality continental breakfast. Railway station is just outside the door and walking distance to city center. Free parking place available. The city is the most charming little French town. High recommendation if you are planning to visit St. Omer.
You need a good pair of healthy legs to climb the stairs but the stairs didn't bother me.

Bed and bedroom perfectly comfortable. Little outside noise despite proximity to Station. Breakfast was good continental type. Evening meal was excellent from a varied menu. The restaurant included mostly French diners, always a good sign.
Bathroom was compact which was acceptable, but little space around WC.

Good location
Ok to park my motorcycle
Too hot at night. Can’t get food on a Sunday night. Poor Indian restaurant over the road

Easy car parking. An excellent location prior to returning to England via Calais.
An excellent restaurant which is very popular with locals. All in all good value for money.
The bedrooms are a little small and there is no air conditioning which makes for a warm night after a hot August evening.

Staff friendliness. We appreciated the fact that despite not booking a table in the hotel's brasserie restaurant, the head waitress managed to arrange a seating for us in a fully-booked restaurant that looked to be very popular with locals and tourists alike.
Nothing in particular.
