Good choice of items for breakfast, rooms as usual , generally tidy, by the time we arrived though the garage / parking on site was oversubscribed.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Onsite restaurant
Work being done made the place noisy and messy.
6.0 / 10.0
A good budget hotel with good breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Parking cheaper than parking in town at 10 Euros.
Rooms facing the car park are very noisy with inconsiderate guests making unnecessary noise early in the morning. Ask for a room that doesn't face the car park. Tried to rip us off at check in by charging the full price rather than the booking.com price. Check your booking.com booking before checking in.

Location, comfort, the staff. Secure parking.
The price is a bit high, but the benefits of the location balance that.

Central. OK restaurant. Decent room. I was en velo and there was a place in the car park to lock up bikes.
Hard to find! No signage outside. The frontage is actually a restaurant. Had to ask directions three times.

Most of the staff were very friendly. Great location and a brilliant restaurant.
One of the elderly staff members had a small dog that attacked ours. She didn’t call it off and wasn’t particularly bothered when we were screaming at her to get it off.

The breakfast was really good and we got a warm welcome from the staff on reception. It was also in a great location.
The car park was a lot smaller than we expected- we were extremely lucky to get a space, even though we arrived at about 5pm.

Fantastic accommodation in the centre of St Omer, you can take a pet and pay extra as for parking. The staff were so friendly and their English was superb. Highly recommended

A great hotel for an overnight stay. Perfect location for accessing the town with the availability of parking (extra charge). The breakfast is great and really sets you up for the day. Also it's not too much of a drive from the ports at Calais and Dunkirk.
There was a bit of a drain smell in the bathroom but that wasn't a problem.

This is nit picking but electric sockets for phone charging next to bed should be standard in all hotels

The bed and location
€10 euros to park a motorcycle, even if it wasn’t in a parking bay. The receptionist said it was for cycles, but no signage to say so. Parked outside for free. We have toured all over Europe and only paid for parking once and that was at a discounted rate. The receptionist very abrupt, said she spoke to manager and he agreed €10. Strange we never saw her speak to anyone, also it was obvious she was talking about us to a colleague at the bar.
Room vey small, if the bathroom door was open you couldn’t get past. As for the bathroom, very poor, similar to one on Brittany ferries. Just one towel each. It was very hot and we had one very noisy fan in the room. Learn from our experience, try other places to stay.

I think it was slightly overpriced and the parking could have been free.

Centrally located with parking albeit very small
No hot water
Carpets in the room were filthy
Shower head handing off the wall
Cracked shower tiles

Decided to have dinner in the hotel ,pleasant waitress served us but didn’t know what the seasonal soup was and told us we would need to wait approx 10 minutes before she spoke to the chef !
40 minutes later she returned and by that time we didn’t want anything .
If we had known this we would have ate in a. Restaurant outside .
