The property is beautiful, we stayed in the suite on the top floor was was really lovely, the lady who was there working all weekend (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name, possibly the owner) was so friendly and kind, even though my french is incredibly rusty, the location is perfect, a very short walk to the center, and a straightforward drive from Calais.
I have no complaints at all

Wonderful location near the Notre Dame Cathedral of Saint - Omer .
An historic building with a stunning setting & rooms
The property was restored to his old glory . Each rooms are different with impeccable antiques . All with a wonderful view . The breakfast room is the mansion old dinning rooms . The property is a dream to stay

Breakfast was lovely and plenty of breakfast tea. The room was beautiful overlooking the magnificent Cathedral. Staff were all exceptionally helpful and happy to assist.
Just the shower left little to be desired but it would not put me off in any way.

The location, ambience, furnishings, room size. A beautiful building in a superb setting by the cathedral.
We had issues with staff shortages leading to no breakfast, even though prepaid.
The owner has responded promptly to reimburse us, so feeling better about the experience now than on Saturday morning.
