An exceptionally high-quality accommodation in a beautiful location. The view is breathtaking, with the lake and mountains creating a truly spectacular setting. The beach area is well designed and impeccably clean, with tasteful furnishings and thoughtfully arranged relaxation spaces. There is no overcrowding, and the atmosphere is completely peaceful and tranquil. Everything is available for both sports and leisure activities. After using the sauna, we were able to cool off in the lake, which was a fantastic experience. The breakfast was of excellent quality and could be enjoyed on a terrace built over the lake. The staff were helpful and supportive in every respect.

The common areas on the ground floor have a traditional style and would benefit from modernization, even though they are well maintained and in good condition. The materials used in the restaurant are of high quality, but a tasteful design refresh could greatly enhance the atmosphere without the need to replace everything. The restaurant's offering could also be updated, and a modern bar would encourage many guests to spend more time in the hotel. We would have appreciated the availability of traditional touring kayaks in addition to the beach kayaks, as they would be extremely well suited to the lake and could be put to excellent use here.

We loved the location on the lake and the lovely small beach. The room was very well designed, modern and with a good bathroom. The hotel interior is generally very pleasant.

The truth is we didn’t like quite a number of things. Personnel were not rude but totally indifferent. The only person who was really friendly is a bell boy at the parking lot. There is no hostess in the restaurant hence no one to greet you at breakfast and you look for table yourself. Breakfast itself is scarse: you would expect such variety at a simple 3-2 star hotel. Which would be perfectly fine if we didn’t pay over 400 euros per room (we were staying at superior room category). One has rather high expectations having paid this kind of money. We went once to dinner to discover food was mediocre and the salad bar just a joke. The most ironic there was no trout on the menu in Forelle hotel! Nobody works at the beach either. You help yourself with the sun bed and umbrellas and if need a kayak you run to reception to catch the receptionist. Each guest is given one beach towel for a whole duration of the stay! How about that?! Internet is very slow, impossible to watch videos and you have to log on every 24 hours. The hotel is cutting corners left and right: faucet water is offered in a jar in the room instead of a bottle of mineral water and there are no toiletries at all! Soap and shampoo come in a container attached to the wall, can you imagine that for the price we paid! The container was empty the moment we checked in, and we had to ask for it to be filled 3 times 3 different people! I had to go to buy a proper shampoo + hair conditioner. Normally for this price you expect elaborate designer stuff. I was also astonished to have inherited half roll of toilet paper from the previous guest! The owners have saved even on this. There was only one waiter at the restaurant who also had to serve as a barman. The person was clearly exhausted and stressed and the guest could see this and hear his supervisor scolding him Instead of helping. You had to be really lucky to be able to order a soup: it was only served from 12.00 till 13.45.
