Nice hotel for sport or relax

Even for high standards in Austrian hotels, room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast good in quality and diversity. Heated pool outdoor and sauna part is ok.

Lovely peaceful location with beautiful views and decent food - good value for money.

The location is lovely with super views over the plateau, the lake and the hills/mountains beyond. A peaceful location and with a car - easy to reach the lake and other areas to explore. The food was very good - both at breakfast, with lovely selection of breads and dinner.

We were allocated a table in a part of the restaurant that felt very crowded as the tables were very close together. We had to juggle with the people on the table behind to get into the chair and then neither person wanted to move as it disturbed the other. On a couple of mornings we had a couple on another table next to us who had been positioned facing straight at us and because the table was so close it felt rather intrusive when we were eating and talking. They were a pleasant couple and we managed but it wasn't that comfortable.

Excellent gastronomy - Wide choice of food for breakfast. Great location close to the lake by car. Own spa place.

Please note that this is an ORGANIC hotel. So there is no wifi or TV. It is also necessary to take into account that there is no elevator in this storey guesthouse.

This is not a hotel suitable for a couple who just come for bed and breakfast and spand theit time out of the hotel. its fancy off course but too expensive for that matter. no wifi. no kettle and refrigerator in the room.

Staff very friendly, rooms nice and clean. Lake view from the terrace. Excellent breakfast table, dinner with local dishes and wine.

Very nice stay in Millstatt with fantastic landscape and hikes above the lake

Welcome, view, calm, breakfast particularly when on the terrasse, swimming pool and sauna.

Room was a bit small (owing to price and country side location) and lay out of bathroom and shower incredibly ill-done and not practical at all. It’s a pity. Also the atmosphere is the one of a pension for families where you are placed for breakfast & diner always the same. No choice.

Mega Frühstück, tolles Silvestermenü, sehr schöner Wellnessbereich, alle MitarbeiterInnen extrem freundlich und sympathisch, großartiger Panoramablick vom Balkon! Super Lage, viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen in der Gegend.

Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos leider nur pauschal mit 35€ pro Ladung gegeben, keine Abrechnung nach geladenen kWh.

Ein erholsamer Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung und netten Leuten

Ein familiengeführtes Hotel wo Herzlichkeit und der Kontakt zum Gast gelebt wird. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen, von traditionell, vegan, div. Müslis, hauseigene Säfte, alles in Bioqualität vorwiegend aus der Region. Das Hotel liegt in grüner Umgebung auf ca. 850m Seehöhe mit einem schönen Blick auf den Millstättersee. Frische Luft, Ruhe, herrlich zum entspannen und erholen.

Fantastisk morgenmad. Alt økologisk og fra området. 10/10. Helt enestående. Vildt flotte værelser med udsigt og fantastisk komfort. Vidunderlig restaurant og skøn mad. Vi blev vartet op at det skønneste personale, vi har sjældent prøvet lignende, og kommer helt sikkert igen. Den samlede oplevelse på Naturhotel Alpenrose er i top 3% af alle hoteloplevelser vi nogensinde har prøvet. Vi kommer med garanti igen. Stor tak til værtsfamilien på dette skønne hotel.

Soggiorno rigenerante, albergo ristrutturato vista lago, escursioni a portata. Staff gentile.

Albergo immerso in una tranquilla zona montuosa con vista sul lago. Silenzioso, non troppo affollato.

Colazione ( per i miei gusti) alla mattina un po' troppo tardi (dalle 8.00). Scarsa "elasticità per servizio "merenda" pomeridiano : arrivato alle 14.15 non ho potuto prendere nulla perchè il turno scadeva alle 14.00 .

De ligging, de rust, het fantastische ontbijt en avondeten, maar bovenal de vriendelijkheid van de familie en medewerkers.

geen WiFi. hoewel ik begrijp dat het voor veel mensen rust kan geven, geeft het mij stress als ik niet af en toe even wat hoognodige mails kan checken op een moment dat het mij past.

Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen und erholen.

Familiengeführtes Hotel mit viel Herz und Qualität. Die Zirbenzimmer sind gemütlich und zeitgemäß eingerichtet - mit Blick auf den Millstätter See. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ sehr hochwertig und hat eine riesige Auswahl an selbstgebackenen Brötchen und Brot, selbstgemachten Marmeladen und frischen, gesunden Säften und alles was das Herz begehrt. Das Abendessen besteht aus 4 Gängen inkl. Salat vom Buffet. Man kann den Hauptgang zwischen 2 Gerichten auswählen, eines davon ist immer vegetarisch. Ansonsten entweder Fleisch oder zweimal die Woche Fisch. Badelandschaft ist gemütlich und der Außenbereich mit einer großen Liegewiese, sehr idyllisch. Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen auch wenn man den Fernseher hin und wieder mal vermisst ;-)

Können nichts negatives berichten. Für uns hat alles gepasst.

Colazione con tanti prodotti biologici, grandissima varietà, miele direttamente dal favo Dalle 13 alle 14 inclusa nella mezza pensione una suppe ogni giorno diversa e buffet di insalate Non c'è l'ascensore ma stanno per installarlo

Per chi non parla il tedesco la comunicazione non è molto curata; molti dei messaggi che si trovano in hotel sono solo in tedesco ed anche le iniziative (percorsi guidati, incontro di mindfullness etc.) sono in tedesco
