a great find to break a long journey

impossible to describe the style of this hotel. it is a mix of old and new, funky, bright, stylish, and arty. we loved the use of tiles and stencils in the corridors. Bedroom 222 was big and bright. Restaurant has a great choice of dishes including Thai, pizza and grilled meats. Great value and superb service. Big parking at back of hotel and friendly check in.

Unique hotel concept in Spittal

The concept of the hotel is somehow based on a museum-like private collection - very entertaining. Spacious rooms without air conditioning, the rooms towards the road can be loud. Local companies are reflected in the rooms (bed surrounded by boxes of plexiglas-covered pills). Very friendly, welcoming staff, great food in the nearby restaurant - it´s THE place in Spittal. PS. We stayed for one night during the Alpe Adria Bike trail - bikes were parked in a shop :-) !

The noise of the road-site rooms might be annoying for some guests.

the floor was making so much noise that a person walking on top disturbed, also the walls are not really not protecting privacy I couldn’t sleep because the couple next door were having adult time so loud 😉

Very good

My only critique is that the Navi will confuse/mislead you there based on the provided address. A tip for those coming by car. Put "Kirchgasse" into the destination... it will bring you to the parking on the backside of the hotel. On the Hautpstrasse, the hotel's entrance is well disguised, and there's usually no place to stop/park

great stay for a small family on a stopover visit to Italy

Great view in a prime location. The family room was huge . Our daughter loved having, her own loo , with a blacklight ... very cool !

It can't be helped , but the church bells in the morning prevented a relaxing morning sleeping in.

optimaler Stützpunkt für kurze Städtereise aber auch Durchreise oder Geschäftsaufenthalt.

Sehr nettes und gutes Frühstück Buffet. Interessante Hotelausstattung, sehr freundliches Personal mitten im Zentrum von Spittal gelegen. Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel ist inkludiert, man sollte allerdings das Auto vor der Öffnung der Restaurant dort parken, abends ist der Parkplatz von den Restaurant Gästen meistens komplett verparkt. Kurzparkzone vor dem Hotel ist ab 18:00 frei.

In beiden Zimmern die wir zum Übernachten bekommen haben, war die Ausstattung sehr originell. Einziger Minuspunkt in beiden Zimmern war die Beleuchtung. Sowohl die Leselichter links u. rechts vom Bett als auch das Lich für den gesamten Raum war eher düster und eigentl. nicht ausreichend hell.

Ottima posizione, centralussima. Il personale è di una cortesia incredibile. È arredato in maniera artistica e lo rende unico, davvero bello, stravagante, da scoprire. Ristorazione eccezionale, per cibo e desing.

Era un periodo di bassa stagione, quindi per la Spa bisognava chiedere, ma in mezz'ora era accesa, almeno in parte. Peccato perché è davvero bella. Sauna e stanza relax accese, bagno turco e idromassaggio no. Penso fosse per la stagionalità. Spero

Die aussergewöhnliche Art der Einrichtung, und das Frühstück.

Der Lift sollte mal erneuert werden, der zickt immer wieder. Und in den dritten Stock ohne Lift ist für uns problematisch zu kommen.

Wunderbares Frühstück , Eiergerichte wurden frisch zubereitet, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Großzügiges .ruhiges Zimmer. Das Personal ist äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. FAZIT Das Erlebnis Post lässt keine Wünsche offen !!!!!!

Ziemlich abgefahren, unser Zimmer (hatten das Bierzimmer), der Speisesal, man kommt aus dem Staunen nicht heraus, jede Ecke hat einen anderen Stil und Motto, tolles Frühstück

Das einzig positive an diesem Hotel ist die Lage und Sauberkeit.

WC-Spülung defekt. Die Türen der Dusche ließen sich nicht schließen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr enttäuschend.

Gerne wieder, mit einem nach hinten liegenden Zimmer

Frühstück war sehr gut, freundliches Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, gut für Ausflüge. Das hauseigene Restaurant hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und war lecker. Das Zimmer lag an der Straße durch das Tal und dadurch war viel Verkehrswert da. Das Zimmer war sauber und gross, hatte viel Ablagefläche.
