Location at the lake, very nice, modern and nicely decorated room and bathroom (thank you very much for the room upgrade 🙂). Stunning view from the balcony. Super friendly Staff who make you feel like a welcome guest. Good food. Overall recomended.

Room was OK. Large walk-in shower.

Service personnel in the restaurant doesn't fulfill common (higher) service standards. There is also room for improvement in food & beverage (quality and presentation). Crowded dining area - no privacy due to neighboring tables. Overall... rather disappointing.

Accommodation with free Lunch Soup + Pasta + amazing View from balcony! Pool with hot Water Sauna and all Facility od Perfect. Perfect service and breakfast. Large bathroom and nice room. Best stay im Austria. Very close to the city and to ,ski station. Across street shop.

Inflexibility of the staff - we were in a big group of almost 20 people and when asked if we could habe a dinner all together in the restaurant at the hotel, we were told not possible by the staff as some guests were not staying in the hotel. Some group members were saying outside in different hotels. You don't refuse business like this. 20 people * at least 30 euro for dinner = 600 euro for the hotel and restaurant. But they simply said can't do until the old lady who is probably the owner interfered and resolved the issue and we finally could eat all together! 😊😊😊 Also, dinner food was awful. Wine selection was great but food was like unfrozen and warmed up and served with a sauce. For an expensive and high class place like this we were all surprised with how bad quality of the food was for dinner. Only schnitzel tasted ok. The other dishes my friends were not able to finish. Breakfast food was quite good actually, completely opposite to dinner.

Tolle Lage, schönes, modernes Zimmer mit super Aussicht, leckeres, schön angerichtetes Essen und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit - Service- + Küchenpersonal waren super abgestimmt.

Wc war am Anreisetag leider nicht ganz so sauber, wie man es sich wünscht (Wc-Deckel dreckig) Außenbereich beim Steg schon eher veraltet und etwas unsicher angefühlt.

Cucina da migliorare, per il resto ottimo

Struttura molto bella, camere spaziose e pulite. Molto centrata l’area spa, soprattutto la sauna finlandese esterna. Colazione di buona qualità, con scelta sia di opzioni dolci che salate.

Il livello della cena è francamente inadeguato a confronto della struttura nel complesso. Di due cene, nessun piatto se non i dolci si può definire sufficiente. Alcune portate quasi improponibili a livello di gusto. Anche il personale di sala manca di esperienza e ha troppa fretta nel servire le portate. Peccato, un hotel come questo merita una cucina all’altezza.

Leckeres Essen mit freundlichem Personal

Freundliches Personal, abwechslungsreiches und leckeres Essen. Top Lage mit einem schönen Seeblick. Kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße. 3 kleine Saunen im Wellnessbereich. Ermäßigung fürs Kärntner Badehaus.

Zimmer im Altbau sind zwar renoviert, aber nicht so schön und warm wie im Neubau. Kleine Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC zusammen. Im Neubau ist WC separat. Der Ruheraum im Wellnessbereich und der Außenpool sind zu kalt. Leider kann man sich nicht lange im Pool aufhalten. Wenn man aus dem Pool kommt, möchte man sich im Ruheraum aufwärmen und entspannen. Das war nicht wirklich möglich. Leider kein Innenpool. Der Massageraum war auch zu kalt, um sich richtig zu entspannen. Deshalb sollte man nicht zu viel vom Wellness erwarten. Kühlschränke mit Minibar enthalten, aber nicht eingeschaltet. Für Kälte muss man extra bezahlen.

Eccezionale!

Siamo stati soddisfatti di ogni cosa: la posizione, la pulizia, la cura per ogni dettaglio, l'area spa e anche la cucina. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto la gradita sorpresa di avere un upgrade gratuito della camera, e ci è stata assegnata una favolosa suite all'ultimo piano dotata di ogni comfort. Spettacolare la vista sul lago dal balcone.

Kurzurlaub im Advent

Das Personal, vor allem die Lehrlinge und das ganz junge Personal waren besonders engagiert und sehr nett. Das Essen war klar, solide und geschmacklich sensationell.

Der Wellnessbereich würde von einer Erneuerung der finnischen Sauna direkt am See profitieren. Jetzt hat man das Gefühl in die 80er katapultiert zu werden. Der Wellnessbereich im Haupthaus ist in Ordnung. Schade, dass der Ruheraum ein Durchzugszimmer ist.
