Solid Stay in a nice Hotel

All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. The lady at reception in the evening was extremely courteous and friendly. The rooms are new, beautifully designed, clean, and tastefully furnished. I found the bed particularly comfortable and very well integrated into the overall room layout. The toilet and shower facilities are also architecturally well incorporated into the room concept. The only thing I would mention is that it would be very nice to have the option to at least tilt the window to let in some fresh air. Given the price and the ample parking directly in front of the hotel, it is definitely worth recommending.

Super hotel with a super host

We had a suite in the penthouse area of the hotel which was very modern and clean, very comfortable beds! We both had an amazing sleep. The panoramic views of the alps were breathtaking. Great shower and over all very comfortable stay. The host is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. She recommended some local restaurants which we went to an Italian near the hotel. Great food! Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice. Really wished we stayed longer. Such a super hotel. Highly recommend

Superb

A small but very nice room with enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids. The shower/toilet area was in the room but with a fully transparent view allowing for little privacy. Very nice staff.

We travel a lot so have seen all kinds of hotels. Unfortunately this is one of the worst hotels we’ve ever experienced.

Friendly staff / lady on arrival. Breakfast buffet was reasonable but spoilt by bad surroundings. Accommodate late check-ins. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Very bad value for money and totally overpriced for what you. get and facilities and decor were terrible. Very badly built building, the breakfast room was filthy with holes in the wall with electrify wires sticking out. There was also rubble on the floor, it looked like the room had not been cleaned or vacuumed for breakfast service. It was actually quite disgusting. There was also dangerous ramp covering on the floor covering some floor damage by the juice machine that was easy to trip on. The main entrance to the hotel was also dirty with holes in the wall. Very strange place that is totally overpriced and is 1 star! Was also surprised when we got our room that the main bed slept 3 people, which was not advertised on the booking - when I asked the staff lady about this she said it was not a strange thing and I need to accept it. We don’t usually sleep with our children so I did find it weird.

Plan a short-term stay? This will be perfect for you.

Interior and exterior was very well kept, clean and modern. Parking was available right in front of the hotel, which made check-in even easier. Side note: parking spots are rather tight, might become problematic for huge cars. Staff and amenities are lovely. Be advised the business room is tight. So if you can manage, when traveling together, only bring one suitcase or else the room will be cramped. We were just passing (stayed 2 nights) and had quite some luggage for out upcoming trip. The room was too small for all of it. Breakfast buffet is european standard with good quality food. If manageable try not to cut it too close to the end, as approximately an hour before they will slow or cease refills of certain foods. And if your are like me and love your veggies and cheese plate for breakfast, this might dissatisfy you. Regarding sauna and indoor golfing: the host will be happy to prep it for you. Just be advised: if the sauna is not switched on, it will taken about 20min before it is ready for your enjoyment. Also the sauna will fit 4 people comfortably, so you might have to wait your turn. Note: its a nude only sauna (especially noteworthy for our Italien fellows)!

Very clean, modern and cosy place. The owner was nice and always happy to help. The sauna is amazing!

Unfortunately no vegan option, like no vegetables milk, I should buy one by myself. The room modern and beautiful, but it was not possible to open the window, my partner felt claustrophobic, the owner give us an older room with balcony though.

Attention. Room information is misleading. The property provides a double bed for 3 persons.

Cleaness standard

We booked a room (Superiror Doppelzimmer) for 4 persons with age information of the two kids. The description on booking.com is following: "Providing free toiletries, this double room includes a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The double room features parquet floors, a seating area with a flat-screen TV with streaming services, air conditioning, soundproof walls, as well as an iPad. The unit offers 2 beds." (dated 27/07/2023). In fact, the proverty provides a room with double-bed and a small pullable bed under the double-bed. On the double-bed, the property provides three pillows as shown on my captured picture. How can three persons fit on this double-bed? I asked the reception lady. The reception lady of the proverty said: "Booking.com provides wrong age information of the kids. The double-bed is only for kids under 5 years old." We complained booking.com, we got the reply from booking.com: after a long discussion, we donot get any reply of the property (in German "nach einer langen und harten Diskussion, leider haben wir bis heute noch keine Antwort zurück erhalten") On the booking.com, today, I try again to book the same room. The proverty still recommends this room for 2 adults and 2 kids ("Empfohlen für 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder "). Why do you want to mislead tourists with wrong information?

room was a bit small, one large bed for three people. toilet had transparent wall, so not for the faint hearted. Only for those who really love to share intimate moments.

Dirty sheets (stains and hair on it), transparent doors in the shower/toilet (why would you ever do this??) When we arrived late there was only sheets and towels for two (we booked for 3:for me and 2 my teenage daughters). I had to call for service but no one there personally (this I can understand, it was too late, but why didn’t you prepare for 3?) so I was advised by phone and need to go downstairs for key to another room to collect towels, pillow and bed sheets for me. Finally, key was deactivated 40 min before checkout, so me and my friends (3 rooms) had to request for another keys to pick up our luggage and check out.

Good location near the highway. Manu options to pick up food before bedtime, if you want just get something to Eat quickly. Coffee/Tea were free of charge even later in the evening.

Very little soundproofing. All of the bedroom doors are on very strong closing mechanisms and loudly slam shut with enough force to rattle the mounted TV. Of course that means it happens at whatever time anyone else gets back. Automated check in at the front of the building is a slow process and doesn't add any benefit - Excellent staff exist once you get inside. Was told I had a "view" from my room, which was correct, however it was a view of a dilapidated building site.

Big Smart TV but not possible to connect your device to watch Netflix or Amazon prime. Confy bed.

Very expensive if you travel with pets, 15 € charged for each pet. It's very dangerous to walk them as the main street is passing by and cars speeding 24/7. Self check in didn't work for us and it took almost an hour to be checked in. Rooms are really tiny and toilet is not separated by the bedroom, it has just a glass door. Wifi was ok but not safe as anyone can hack into your device because there's no password. It's far from the city center but close to the highway. A little Italian restaurant close by is the only option for dinner at a walking distance.
