Everything it was the best and we liked our stay

Nothing the hotel it self was good, the only bad thing was their Michelin star restaurant, were I reserved a birthday dinner for my wife and they ignored my request and I reminded them again and they ignored me again

Staff were wonderful, they were exceptionally helpful and obliging.

The outdoor pool and the room decoration

I booked a Deluxe Room with a balcony and lake view, but I was initially given a room on the first floor overlooking the parking lot and cars, with a dusty terrace. When I asked to change rooms, they initially refused. Eventually, they moved me to a room on the second floor, but the view was still largely of the parking lot, with only a partial lake view as it was obstructed by cars. On top of that, the hotel does not provide some very basic amenities that you would expect even from a 3-star hotel. I asked for an iron and was told they did not have one, but could instead offer me a laundry service. Only after I strongly complained did they provide a steamer, which I had to return to the reception every time I used it. Overall, this was far from the 5-star experience I expected. I would definitely not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a genuine 5-star experience.
