The view from our room was exceptional. Restaurant was great, food was delicious and service was excellent - we were even seated at a romantic table for two on the Romeo & Juliet balcony for our anniversary.
Nothing, staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel is older style but charming (no lift), with history of a restaurant initially on the site back in 1383.

The staff is very nice! They help you finding activities if you don’t know the area. The bed was so big and comfortable for one person! Definitely a good recommendation. The location is also perfect, in the heart of morcote!
I couldn’t open the window at night because there was a loud noise the whole time and then came a strange smell but I think you don’t have this problem when you’re booking in a double room maybe

Restaurant and the teras with nice view. Good wines, good food.
Very nice staff.
The room I had no view of anything. A small balcony facing the stairwell. Anyway, it was an interesting experience, not unplesant!
