All in all a very comfortable stay with very friendly and attentive staff.

Breakfast and dinner options were both fantastic with a wide variety of options available. The quality of food all round was also great both in taste and in presentation overall. The drinks options were very impressive too, with lots of draft beers and ales and plenty of spirits and non alcoholic drinks to chose from, all fairly priced. As for the beds and pillows... OMG the pillows were the most comfy I think I've ever rested my head on, so I had great sleep on both nights I was there.

Pleasantly surprised and relaxed

I stayed here a few years ago and the hotel had a lovely internal upgrade on fixtures, furnishings, carpets, bedroom, ensuite and bar area etc. It looks great. Wide variety of tv statiins. in the bedroom (important with a little one). Little gift bag for our little one on arrival, staff throughout were great. The pool was lovely and not crowded, plenty of space for everyone. Great selection of breakfasts. Lovely stay, thank you to the staff.

I honestly cannot think of anything we didn't like about our stay. Fair play to the staff.

Perfect stay

Staff were pleasant, food in the bar was very good, the manager of the bar was very accommodating asking us did we want another drink etc. Leisure centre staff very friendly.

There was a wedding on one of the nights and music was so loud we could hear it from our third level room late into the night. Overall great experience though.

One night pasing through

Lovely hotel with really good food. Was extra bonus having live music with the tipperary ramblers playing. Great night . Enjoyed the leisure facilities too. Would return. Price was reasonable.

Only down side for me was Jacuzzi was out of action on the day we stayed. Still didn't really take from the stay

Bedrooms was spacious and clean

Hotel could not provide food without waiting for ages. Dining Room taken over by private parties. Guests sent to the Bar to queue. Bar bursting at the seams. Unacceptable. Had to go into town to eat. Taxis unavailable. Fortunately another lady in the Hotel, seeing our dilemma, drove us in.

Great stay

Breckfast good it used to be buffet type not anymore. Given vouchers should you choose to not have ypur sheets changed very regularly. Feel that the voucher may be could used against the breckfast. Just an idea. Place is great, rooms super comfortable. Thanks!!

We will definitely return!

The hotel and facilities were beautiful and the staff were so friendly. They dealt with an issue brilliantly when I brought it to their attention. Acted very professionally and with kindness. It was nice to be dealt with so smoothly.

Unfortunately our room was not located where it should have been given what event was on during our stay. We had a family night planned and that simply didn't happen. Won't hold it against the hotel and will definitely be back.

Location is very good! Staff were very friendly and helpful!

There was no air conditioning, there was a fan in the room but was not very good. Was very warm in the room at all times even with fan on. Was seated in what seemed to be a function room/ overflow area for food which had large parties present. As a party of two the bar and restaurant would have been more preferable and comfortable but we were told this could not be booked for dinner when talking with reception.

A really lovely stay.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Special mention for Geraldine in the breakfast room. She really looked after everyone, and did so with a warm smile. We received a lovely room upgrade for our special occasion, with a handwritten card and chocolates! The food was lovely, and the room was extremely comfortable. We'd highly recommend this hotel.
