All of the staff were excellent, incredibly friendly and helpful. Great re environment e.g. water stations throughout with lovely glass jug in room for refilling. Effort in architecture of building to maximise light and draw in views where possible. Thought invested in layout of the shower too ie could turn it on without getting wet!
Location was too far from town for an easy walk

Room was nice
Dinner area on evening was quite noisy (music) and also cold - image of hotel not accurate as on a main road, room view was of a metal roof
