Declan was so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spotless and tidy. Fantastic location in the square, two minute walk to supermarket, coffee shops, takeaway and a five min walk to harbour.

A good "base" from which to visit Dungarvan and the surrounding areas.

The room was a good size & clean. A hot water pot for making coffee or tea was available, as were tea & instant coffee packets. Bottles of water and clean linens were provided every other day. It was generally a good "base" from which to explore the area for the week we were there. It was only a very short walk down the street to the center of Dungarvan, so easy access to several eating establishments & not much farther to the quay.

While it was a larger room (with three beds, it looked to be more for a family), it was a little pricey - especially since no breakfast of any sort was offered. The view out the windows was largely of identical windows of the room next door, so curtains had to remain drawn for privacy.

Lovely room with all the amenities (big bed, proper table with mirror etc, tea/coffee facilities, wardrobe, mirrors, big windows, great shower room) and the doggo was very happy there too. Also right in the centre of town. perfect location.

There was nothing not to like. Although the booking did state breakfast and there wasn't any. Not a major issue. Some reviews have moaned about noise. Yes there was but your staying in a pub that states it has music at the weekends.

Don’t stay here!!

Property was over a very noisy pub with night club across the road. The photos are very deceptive. The carpet in the room was absolutely filthy, the bed linen very old and faded. It was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in and shocking value for money. I am surprised this accommodation is on booking. com!!

An amazing pub and guesthouse in beautiful Dungarvan

We arrived around 2 pm on Saturday. The location is perfect as it's just on Mary street up from the square and close to all shops bars and restaurants. Its also just a short walk away from the harbour which is very scenic and also boasts lots of beautiful bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and our room was immaculate.

We were aware that the pub didn't do food but we were informed on arrival of a lovely place to get breakfast in the square called the Square Grill. There is a public car park across from the pub which was great as they didn't have private parking. We look forward to our next trip to Dungarvan and will definitely come back to Tudor House on Mary Street

Location was excellent. Lady who met us was very helpful re parking. Beds were comfortable and we had 3 to choose from! Room was reasonably spacious.

Wi-fi did not work in the room. Couldn't park outside. Horrible view from window of an outside space with a generator. Up 2 flights of stairs with no lift.
