Great location, extremely comfortable, wonderful staff and fantastic breakfast
The lack of a lift and our late booking meant it was difficult to climb to the second floor room but next time we’ll book early for a first floor bedroom

Perfect hosts, clean and comfortable. Rooms large and comfortable. Bathroom great with excellent shower. Breakfast amazing . Recommend Overnight Oats.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities, fridge and filtered water were provided, as well as plenty pillows etc. We visited during a hot spell, so were delighted to find a fan provided also. The welcome from John was very warm and genuine and plenty of information about the town and the attractions were provided.
