Helpful host, good base to explore from and variety for continental breakfast

There was a great choice for the continental breakfast. Our location was great for the places we visited in the area. Our host gave us lots of info of eateries in the town and there is regular live traditional music available to listen to at O'Neill's Bar Tramore to get your toes tapping along to which was very enjoyable. They also have a great choice of food on their menu's.

Nice little inn close to shops and restaurants, but quiet despite being close to the road.

Our hostess was very helpful in providing ice for our cooler since the room didn’t have a small refrigerator, and recommended places where we might be able to get dinner (we arrived after the usual mealtime). Breakfast was good, with a nice variety with something for most guests’ tastes.

We weren’t sure how to access the building upon our arrival- it would have been helpful to have that in the confirmation (it had a cipher lock). Not specifically to just this location, but none of the places in Ireland where we stayed (except one) provided a top sheet. This would have been a welcome addition to the bedding. Duvets are too warm for the summer, but I like to have a lightweight cover while sleeping. I’ve since learned that top sheets are not as commonly used outside the United States.

Relaxing beach weekend

The room was very spacious, with 3 beds to choose from. Each bed had a different firm/softness level, so there could be something for everyone. There was lots of tea/coffee options in the room. Having 2 bathrooms in the room was also great. The B&B was clean inside and out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The flowers on the front of the B&B were beautiful. The location was very close (10 minute walk) to the beach/boardwalk.

The largest bed in the room was the most firm, and felt like sleeping on a board. But as stated above, there was something for everyone, so it all worked out.

Lovely house with spacious room.

The bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere inside the house was quiet and pleasant — it really feels like a lovely guesthouse that makes you want to stay longer, which I truly appreciated. There was always hot water available when needed, and the room was very well ventilated.

As the room was at the front of the house, the noise from the main street was quite loud. This isn't necessarily the host's fault, but it did affect our rest — especially since the weather was warm and we had to keep the windows open at night. Also, some doors were slammed in the early mornings, possibly by other guests. It might help to find ways to reduce that kind of noise if possible.

Very good standard - very convenient to access local amenities.

Exceptionaly clean and spacious. Host was very friendly and went beyond the call of duty to accomodate a lift to a local venue for some of our family group during a heavy rainy period. This was extremely generous and appreciated.

Nothing to dislike. Website booking however could have been highlighted/clearer as ROOM ONLY - this is not a Bed & Breakfast but appears to suggest same..no breakfast is available and understand that this has been the case for a number of years.

A perfect and peaceful stay in a beautiful location with exceptional hospitality.

We loved the location – just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The accommodation was spotless, the room was beautiful and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Everything was perfect for a relaxing getaway.

A great option if you don't want to stay in Waterford

The accommodation was quite close to town, about a 10-minute walk. Everything was very clean inside and the grounds were well set up for this kind of accommodation. The rooms were warm and my wife was happy that there was a kettle in the room.

Lovely stay seacourt

I recently had a fantastic stay at the Seacourt accommodation, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome that made me feel right at home. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the stay. The shower was amazing—definitely one of the highlights! It had great water pressure and was super refreshing. I also loved the comfort of the bed; it was perfect for a good night's sleep. Everything was spotlessly clean, which added to the overall positive experience. The place had such good vibes, making it a perfect retreat. I can't wait to return!

The only thing I didn't like is that my partner Mags Whelan couldn't join me. We will come back together.
