Great base for exploring the area, very central. Had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Fabulous country views from the front lawn. Lovely character cottage with a magical attic room to the delight of our son.
The toilet flush mechanism kept unhooking which we could sort out ourselves but probably needs sorting. We could manage with the bathroom upstairs but it did require a bit of planning!

Cosy and lovely and warm when we got there Great walks for dogs everything you need in kitchen loved the quietness for our dogs as we could nt hear any fireworks so they were so settled
Struggled with stairs up to bathroom / toilet but that’s an age thing lol would be good if there was a handrail leading from gate up to cottage as steps slippy
