There was a lovely welcome pack containing coffees soft drinks etc which we weren't expecting but we're very welcome. I messaged the host with some queries prior to the visit and we got instant responses. Garden was spacious with plenty of seating. Perfect
Nothing at all about the property, worth mentioning it is in the residential suburb so is a bit of a walk to the town. Very short drive however.

Pretty much everything, decor; fittings; layout and setup, including an air con unit, all the machines you would ever need in a household, and great additions like coffee and tea as well as soft drinks really available. The garden is great and the fact that you can park directly in front of the house is incredibly convenient. We will be sure to book again should we get a chance.
The Main concern we had was the fragrances used to make the house smell so nice. While most of my children and I appreciated this, my wife and one of our boys have allergies. Other than that the main road was also quite loud but we got used to that quite quickly.
