Halmore Pod

The pod, garden it's set within and surrounding environment are perfect for a low arousal, low demand and rejuvenating break. The owners were attentive but not intrusive. We felt at ease throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable. Ample space in the fridge to stock supplies. 2 hob cooking facilities and equipment. The hot tub lit to our preferred temperature each day. Space to play (bring your own bats/balls etc.)

Given the heatwave the pod was much warmer in the evening than we had anticipated. We kept doors and windows open throughout the day. Although there is a small fan and cooling unit we were glad we brought along our bigger fan.

A little bit too much in the middle of nowhere

Every thing was lovely , the owner Sarah was a lovely lady and nothing was too much trouble for her ,

The location was lovely and quiet, the room was such a cozy size and overall the pod was romantic and quirky.

There was no oven, however this wasn't a massive issue as there are some nice pubs and restaurants near by.
