It was a steady 10 minute walk to the city centre(downhill) The walk back would have been a bit more exerting(uphill) but a short taxi ride was just the job. The owner was a very pleasant chap and helpful too. Overall it was a good stay. A little bit dated, but no complaints.

Exactly as presented on booking.com. 20 minute walk into centre of Truro. Quiet and peaceful. Loads for breakfast (continental). Comfy beds.
Maybe let guests know that rooms are upstairs and no lifts so those with disabilities are aware.
