Lovely peaceful stay at the Fieldings.

Exactly as presented on booking.com. 20 minute walk into centre of Truro. Quiet and peaceful. Loads for breakfast (continental). Comfy beds.

Maybe let guests know that rooms are upstairs and no lifts so those with disabilities are aware.

Nice place to stay at while visiting Cornwall

Old style B&B with soul. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from. It is located very close to the town centre. Owner was very kind and helpful .

An old fashioned bed and breakfast

It is an old fashioned, typical English bed and breakfast with a very kind host. Mike - an old Corniash gentleman - was really nice and informative. He knows a lot about Cornwall, we really liked him. Our room was quiet and had a cool view of the town center with the cathedral. Good location.

The house is very old fashioned, which is nice, but it also worn out and a bit smelly. It could be cleaner and a bit more comfortable (especially the bed). But if you do not mind this, the price is quite decent.

A solid value option for travellers on a Cornish driving holiday

A charming B&B with large and comfortable rooms, one of which has a terrific view of Truro Cathedral. Breakfast is served in a lovely dining room with an old-world feel.

The location on the A390 is very good for those who are driving, and is close to nearby supermarkets, but is quite a distance from the city centre for those on foot.

A comfortable stay in a private home that is full of character

The room (with its own bathroom) was in a charming family home that was full of character. It was easy to get to as it was off the main road. Saying that our room was very quiet and there was no traffic noise at all. The room was spacious and comfortable and within walking distance of Truro town centre - you could see the Catherdral from the window. The owners were friendly and helpful if you needed anything and then left you to your own devices. Although the breakfast said continental there was plenty of it - cereals, fruit, toast, croissants ham and cheese. Would certainly stay there again

The location was great , 10min walk to station, 12min to town center, 5min to sainsbury's and lidl. From station you can get to Plymouth, penzance, ans falmouth. Buses to take you to Newquay, St Ives

Cosy, kind & warming - great hosts & breakfast - thank you!

The property has a very warm and cosy feeling, especially during December with the winter cold outside and the fire and festive decorations inside! The owners are lovely and welcoming, breakfast was served upon arrival (fantastic hot choc!) and was plentiful. Thank you very much.

The furnishings and decor was quite dated but everything inside seemed to be taken good care of and in good quality. The room could get rather cold but there were blankets provided in the wardrobe (which I found by accident!).

very Victorian in every way. No welcome? just given a key. Didn’t see owners apart from asking if we wanted tea or coffee and toast for breakfast, no cooked breakfast offered. Everything in the house looked very tired.

Wonderful

About 20 minute walk from Truro centre. The room was truly phenomenal with excellent beds, lots of space, clean bathroom and a large screen television. Breakfast was OK, could do with a few more choices. Very welcoming and friendly hosts! Will definitely come back!
