From the first moment of being greeted to the time I checked out, the whole stay was extremely pleasant and felt homely. My room was comfortable and large, the location is central and easy to walk into the town on foot. Fantastic customer service and just overall very happy stay
My room was just a tad bit too hot but I should have asked about the radiators.

A beautifully decorated and maintained property, along with a very attentive and caring host makes this one of the best places to stay in Truro! Very short drive away from the centre of town and with parking space, this is ideal for a short vacation or for work.

Brilliant welcome and such lovely staff. The location is good and parking is very secure and close to the building.
Very good housekeeping daily and good coffee and tea tray.
I hate to say anything bad but I wish I had known this as I would’ve stayed elsewhere-
The noise in the building was pretty bad and constant.
I have an odd situation starting work at 11am and finishing at 11pm every day at the theatre so I work strange hours and understand others have different schedules but I simply didn’t get a good sleep at all the whole 11 nights.
You can hear absolutely everything from the other rooms, sneezing, snoring, toilets flushing, doors closing and the building is extremely creeky.
I felt like I had a tap dancing elephant above me.
I was woken up again and again making my stay quite unenjoyable.
The rooms are okay.
