TOWNHOUSE ROOMS

Breakfast was a continental style which was complimentary. A lovely selection of teas/ coffees, fresh fruit, cheese, pastries, bread rolls, cereals, were all available. A fridge held yoghurts and milk .You just helped yourself which was lovely and relaxing .

An excellent room, very comfortable bed and a great choice of breakfast. The location is a lovely road with a delightful short walk into the city centre. The owners communicated well and were flexible when I needed to check about a possible later arrival time.

Perhaps some decor on the hall and stairs could be more contemporary but really this is very minor compared to the high standard of the bedroom and breakfast room.

Brilliant welcome and such lovely staff. The location is good and parking is very secure and close to the building. Very good housekeeping daily and good coffee and tea tray.

I hate to say anything bad but I wish I had known this as I would’ve stayed elsewhere- The noise in the building was pretty bad and constant. I have an odd situation starting work at 11am and finishing at 11pm every day at the theatre so I work strange hours and understand others have different schedules but I simply didn’t get a good sleep at all the whole 11 nights. You can hear absolutely everything from the other rooms, sneezing, snoring, toilets flushing, doors closing and the building is extremely creeky. I felt like I had a tap dancing elephant above me. I was woken up again and again making my stay quite unenjoyable. The rooms are okay.
