Friendly staff, good size clean room with everything we needed for a nights stay. Close proximity to the cathedral which was excellent. The beds are super comfortable with nice bedding. Great location for proximity to Truro.
The people in the next room were very noisy and the sound and movement of walking could be heard and felt in our room you could hear them clinking glasses together so there can be no soundproofing and there is no one there to contact after the pub closes. This was more unlucky because of the people in the room than the places fault but it was extremely loud.

The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming
The room was in need of some TLC, on suit bathroom had cracked tiles on the shower floor.
The bed was uncomfortable and sank in the middle.
