Great value for money, location great. Park across the road. Pub room only but lots of places to eat within walking distance.
Grounds do need to be updated, outside sitting area needs a good sort out and building little dated.

Location, friendly staff, clean, nice shower with plenty of hot water
Some maintenance issues: broken shelf below bathroom mirror, door missing from shower enclosure, jammed window, several failed LED downlighters making especially bathroom a bit dingy.

The location was perfect, close to the centre of Truro The shower worked well and the bathroom and room were clean The bed was very comfortable and tea/coffee making faciities were fine.
Since i was alone the room felt very big. Since there was a pub below it was very noisy on one of the nights and I couldnt get to sleep. The soundproofing isn't great The room did have a slightly clinical atmosphere.
