Stuff is really friendly, breakfast 10/10, there is an escalator in the middle of the city and bus that helps you to get the the place. Room is cleaned every day. Ski room storage is there with heated space for ski boots.

A beautiful small hotel in the pretty Tyrollean town of Ortisei - perfect for our ski holiday

Katerina, the host, was lovely. Very friendly and helpful, and multi lingual!. The food was plentiful and very tasty. The views from the hotel are lovely, and the hotel backs out to the mountain meadow. There is ample parking at the hotel if you drive there, and there is a bus stop just a short walk from the hotel, which takes you to the centre of town. Ortisei is a beautiful location and we loved our stay.

If you want top quality, this is the place to stay!

Top notch. We loved the place. The business is family owned and this showed in the way the accomodation is presented. The family are amazing. The food was so so good and we never left a meal feeling hungry. The chef is an amazing cook, supported by his lovely wife, and his parents. We ate dinner there instead of going down town and it was a 5 course meal that was to die for. I'm a hard marker but these people absolutely nail it. The view from the rooms are stunning and the facilities are great too. I would recommend this place to anyone. The owners keep this place in great order. Everything works! The cleaners are long term staff and really are a part of the family. This shows in their presence and attention to detail/quality.

parking the car was a little project: 40 m steep curved path to a packed lirrttlr garage or to the patio where the remander of the cars where parked. Quite dome manoeuvring

Very clean and comfortable room, exceptional staff (especially Katerina!), great views. Dinner was fabulous (not included in the price but a great value) and the breakfast was a step above the norm with the inclusion of eggs ordered how you want.

Authentic and friendly family feel hotel

The accommodation was perfectly adequate for my needs. Clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for the town, spa and Seceda Cable car. All a short walk away. The car parking was a bonus as many properties in Ortisei do not offer this. The breakfast and dinner provided were of a standard I could have never expected. The service and friendly atmosphere made my stay here particularly wonderful. I will return for this alone.

I’m now quite used to walking up hills after my Dolomites trip so a few hundred meters of steep roads was not an issue.

A pleasant stay

Staff were really nice. Especially Caterina who worked in the restaurant. She was super friendly and gave us a lot good suggestions. The breakfast was good and dinner was rich and delicious. I really like the family style stay.

An excellent ski week, with good value for money and good food.

Good breakfast with quality products served individually. The pension clean and the staff you contact is very friendly. The food in particular the dinner looks very good and tastes better, the cook and the table maitre deserve a compliment.

A place for those who speak German and Italian. The owner made an unflattering reference to my country, denying the possibility of paying by bank transfer, when I would still stay at his house for a few days, which led me to have to withdraw money or pay interest if paying by credit card.

Exceptional

- The hotel is located 15 mins away from downtown area up on the hill by walk. It's tranquil in the evening and morning with a nice view of Alpe Di Suisi - The staff is superb. Special thanks to Katharina who is always with you from check-in till dinner and breakfast. She's very entertaining and gives you a very good service - Half-board meals make this hotel very outstanding. Full course dinner here is one of the best dinners we had in this 2-week trip - The room is spacious with nice decoration. It makes me know Loacker Tortina which is available as a free snack in the room. Big balcony with recliner for a great relaxing privately - Free access (pool and sauna) and a day bus ticket for all guests - This hotel has no elevator but their kind staff could help to carry your luggage - Kids love this hotel and we'll definitely come back again for our next visit to Urtijëi

- Since the hotel is located on the hill, there's no shop nearby neither the bus stop. It could be an issue with a handicap or elder person unless you have car. Car parking is free but with limited space

服务非常好，回应很及时；老板很和气，早餐种类也丰富，味道也很好。居住环境一级棒，干净整洁，清理打扫也很及时；暖气很足，就算是气温低到3度房间里也不会冷。热水供应也全然无问题。

看似是双人床，但实际上好像是两张单人床拼起来的。如果没有双人床，不如直接就放一张单人床，额外的空间可以安置餐桌或小沙发之类的。就我个人而言，因为是出去玩，所以不会花费很多精力在整理杂物上。仅有一张桌子还是有些局促的。

Los propietarios son amables, atentos y al pendiente en todo momento. Al llegar nos entregaron la guía de la zona y mapas, con las descripciones de las actividades. Y nos aconsejaron a donde ir. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de Plaza S. Antonio donde puedes tomar varias rutas de autobuses, hay restaurantes, y están cerca las estaciones de teleféricos hacia Seceda y Alpe di Siusi. Está ubicado en zona alta, nosotros llegamos caminando y nos movimos caminando a todas partes sin problema. Pero si llevas equipaje pesado, te recomiendo llegar en taxi desde Plaza S. Antonio. Aunque es mejor viajar con poco peso. El desayuno es bueno, y hay varias opciones. Las vistas desde la ventana y la terraza de la villa son increíbles.

No tuvimos ningún problema. Todo estuvo perfecto.

Jesteśmy zachwyceni poziomem obsługi (pani Katarina, złota kobieta), pomogli z wyznaczaniem tras, nawet użyczyli własne kijki trekkingowe. Pokój czysty i zadbany. Widok z okna fenomenalny.

Excelente lugar para alojar y conocer el Trentino Alto Adige, zona de ensueño

Nos gustó muchisimo el alojamiento, personal muy amable y atento, no solo atendían muy bien, además nos daban indicaciones y recomendaciones de paseos a realizar. Ambiente amable y muy familiar, nos sentimos como en casa. Excelente opcion para visitar el hermoso pueblo de Ortisei y el Val Gardena, montaña y naturaleza. Muy buen lugar para moverse a otras zonas del Trentino Alto Adige, zona de ensueño, maravilloso viaje y perfecta estadía en la Villa Luise, totalmente recomendable!
