The value for money could be improved

Breakfast was pretty tasty: bread, cheese, ham, salami, prosciutto , butter, jam, yogurt, cereals , tea and coffee. Rooms were clean. The heating worked.

The rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis, and there was no shower gel or shampoo provided in the bathroom. The parking area was not properly cleared after a morning snowfall. The entrance of the parking was very steep, which made it impossible for us to park our car after a late dinner. It is not pleasant to have to look for a parking space in the middle of a freezing night.

Easy to park, drinking water is provided in the room everyday. We had a balcony with a good Mountain View.

No kettle in the room but we asked for hot water and the host provided us so not a big problem

Great location, very friendly manager. very clean and well maintained with a nice breakfast. A few minor points: the bathrooms had no soap, a double duvet would be better than two singles when a couple is staying and the room would benefit from having a mini fridge. The downstairs dining room area wasn’t always accessible which meant the pension lost vital custom. We only found out we could buy drinks by asking, it wasn’t advertised at all. That said the manager was very helpful and full of local suggestions. I would happily go back. Delightful village, lovely hotel,

Good overnight stop.

A nice little hotel for an overnight stay. Lovely warm room and comfortable beds. Very good WiFi. Nice view out to the hills and mountains. Good location for accessing facilities in the town.

Breakfast expensive so didn't partake. No lift and we were on the 3rd floor. Thought the owner might have been a bit more sympathetic when we were unable to book directly and had to use Booking.com. The result was a more expensive stay all around.

Delightful and homely pension

A delightful pension with a lovely and helpful host. Good hearty breakfast provided. Strong wifi. Comfortable n clean rooms. The bathroom is nice and warm. 10min scenic walk down to the town centre and to the cable car lines. Enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

A nice break in Ortisei

The room and bathroom were clean. Room was big enough for two. A nice landlady! The house is situated up on the town's hill, quite far from the centre but for us was very nice to stroll down to reach the restaurants and shops. But if you are not sporty or you have small children, I'm not sure that it will work for you. We have got a parking place eventually.

Was a bit too noisy from very early hours for cleaning the hallways and the rooms. Parking places are less then the rooms. I asked for a parking place when I made the booking and the answer was " We can't say now if we will have one for you." The problem is, if there isn't a place for your car at the guesthouse's parking, there isn't any public parkings around that area, the house being up on the hill, where everything is very tight, the buildings are very close one to each other, very narrow streets ( typical Italian style :) ).

The town of Ortisei was a perfect base to explore the area from. Also the most picturesque of the villages in Val Gardena.

One out of the four beds we used needed to be replaced. Breakfast was overpriced.

La ubicacion del hospedaje es muy buena, apesar de no estar en el centro del pueblo, esta bien ubicado ya que te invita a caminar y disfrutar de las vistas, todo muy limpio y ordenado, recomendado. algo a tener en cuenta es que se debe pagar un impuesto municipal en efectivo al momento de realizar el check out. Recomendamos sacar la tarjeta suedtirol movil que vale 30 euros por persona para 3 dias y te da la opcion de tomar los buses y trenes de la region que quieras, nosotros fuimos hasta el lago di brais desde ahi y esa tarjeta nos cubrio todo.

Assolutamente da evitare!! Mai più!!

Cosa non mi è piaciuto? Ogni cosa! All'arrivo ho trovato le chiavi in una busta attaccate alla porta. Nessuno a riceverci e a darci indicazioni. Ho avuto il pass per i mezzi pubblici (che è compreso nella tassa di soggiorno e gratuito per tutti), due giorni dopo l'arrivo perché la proprietaria non era presente in struttura. E ho dovuto chiederli io perché alcuni amici ci avevano informato di questo pass, ma in struttura ovviamente no. Nessuno ci ha informato di niente! Una vergogna. Quindi nel frattempo ho dovuto pagare due giornalieri per i bus che mi sono costati 40€. La stanza non è pulita. La moquette ha un colore indecifrabile e in complesso la stanza puzza di chiuso e di poco pulito. Lenzuola con delle macchie. Non ci hanno nemmeno rifatto la stanza tutti i giorni per mancanza dello "staff".. quale staff?? Non mi hanno nemmeno rifornito di carta igienica, l'ho dovuta chiedere! I capelli che mi sono caduti per terra in bagno il primo giorno, sono rimasti fino all'ultimo giorno.. potete immaginare che pulizie facciano lì dentro. Per fortuna ci rimanevo solo il tempo di dormire, ma non vedevo l'ora di venire via. Assolutamente da evitare!!! Mai più!

Della struttura non mi è piaciuto niente sporca con materassi di cinquant’anni fa la tenda rotta dovevamo arrotolarla al mattino e srotolarla alla sera dovevamo interrompere la doccia perché dopo due minuti l’acqua invadeva il pavimento la padrona inesistente introvabile al telefono non ha mai risposto

Habitación amplia, calentita y con baño propio. Personal muy agradable. Cerca de la parada del bus que conecta con Bolzano y a 15 min andando del centro de Ortisei.

Faltaría un hervidor de agua caliente o un microondas en alguna zona común.
