Everything is perfect!

This is a week I will never forget. I had a wonderful and warm time here. The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. It has a terrace with a great view and a comfortable bed. The host, Irene, is very friendly. She recommended many good places to eat and visit. I became good friends with the grey rabbit, Bruno, in the yard. Every day I was worried that a fox might come to cause him trouble. Haha. No matter when I come to this beautiful town next time, I will choose to stay here again! Grazie mille!!

Fantastic location and best host

It takes 5 minutes to get to the Seceda platform. 10 minutes to the Alpe di siuci platform. 3 minutes to the mart. The walkway is full of lovely and pretty shops Ortisei is a city where parking costs are high and parking lots are small. Irene's house has a generous parking lot so we didn't worry about parking at all. Irene offered a free bus pass in the Bolzano area. She recommended a place to go by bus on a rainy day. She also lent us salt and pepper. Irene's accommodation is surprisingly clean, modern and spacious. I stayed in a room with a large sunlit southern balcony. The size and direction of the veranda depends on the room. Irene is very cheerful and diligent. Whenever we went out and come back, She always came to the door provide information on the weather, places, etc. Ortisei is a more beautiful place because of La planta. It is a waste of time to hesitate when choosing la planta. 10 points are not enough to evaluate this place. We need a higher score here.

nice, comfortable and atmospheric

We spent a week in Ortisei, and despite the not-so-good weather, we were very pleased. La Planta is a building with several spacious apartments. The equipment of the apartments is at a high level, we lacked nothing. Comfortable dining rooms, well-equipped kitchens, comfortable beds in the bedrooms. Very clean throughout the building, you could go down to the ski room in your socks. The very nice hostess Irene takes care of everything. She helped us with many things, advised where to go skiing every day. Close to ski resorts and the ski bus. On the way to the skis you pass a cafe with fantastic coffee. Many restaurants and shops in the area. I recommend this place to everyone.

Everything at Residence La Planta was wonderful. Irene the owner was always available and so helpful. She gave us suggestions on her favorite places to ski as well as fantastic restaurant recommendations. Irene made us feel so comfortable and welcome. The room was very clean and looked new. The floor in the bathroom was heated. There was a small kitchen area which was great for breakfast or dinner if we didn’t feel like going out. It was a short walk from downtown and bus stops connecting all the ski resorts so no car was needed. There is a ski room with boot dryers which was so thoughtful!

Everything was perfect.

The appartman was well-equipped and cleen, the bathroom was big. The size of our appartman was ideal for 4 persons. The Owner was extremly friendly and helpful. The Skibus-stop is 20 m from the house.

It was a little bit cool in the appartman, despite the heating.

Great stay, great place, great skiing, great service, great owner!

The stay was very pleasant and nice. The building is well kept and very clean, also the aparment was very nice and cosy. The equipment, furniture and everything else looks brand new and is good quality. The owner was super, super nice and was very helpful. There is a proper ski room with boot dryers and ski lockers. The location is perfect for skiing, sightseeing and Ortisei visiting. It`s only couple of minutes by foot from the city center. The ski bus stops couple of steps from the property and drives you to the ski lifts and back every 15/30 min. The stay in La Planta was a very quiet, nice and pleasant experience and I can really recommend this place for everybody. I would also say a big thank you to La Planta owner for beeing such a nice person and helping us enjoy the stay as much as possible. P.S. We had a blast skiing! Best place ever to ski!

Really great stay , next to the city center.

Our stay was wonderful! We had a studio with a balcony and fully equipped kitchen, with all new furniture. Everything was very clean and nice. Private parking is available at no cost. Wi-fi is available at the location at no extra cost and works well. The host was kind and helpful with our requests and we really enjoyed our interaction with her. The villa is located close to the Ortisei city center, and this was excellent because parking there was very hard to find. It was a 10 min walk to the center. For skiing, the lifts are not very close by and I consider it an unconfortable walk with ski gear on. There is, however, parking available right near the lifts, so we took our car there. Buses are also available, if you don't have a car.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Perfect location, very hospitable host

Convenient location, only 4-5 minutes by walk to the town center and 20 meters to the ski bus stop. Very clean apartment, kitchen perfectly equipped, clean and modern bathroom. Irene- the host- very nice and hospitable and always willing to answer all questions🙂.

Great host and Great location

The host was probably the best thing about staying here, she was very accommodating and welcoming from start to finish and her apartments are definitely worth staying a night or two at. I would definitely come back as it was value for money and the location was great.

It would of have been great to have to some more utensils for cooking and perhaps an extra pillow, but overall it was lovely staying here.

Superfijn verblijf gehad. De studio was prima voor 2 personen, alles wat je nodig hebt. Irene is een superlieve host, altijd klaar om even te kletsen of te helpen. Goede locatie, vlakbij het centrum en skibus zo'n beetje voor de deur.
