Unique building with lovely grounds
Secure gates that are closed overnight. Each room is given a remote device to open/close the gate as needed.
Excellent breakfast with a nice selection
Comfortable beds
Very remote and quiet location
Easy to communicate via WhatsApp during our stay.
A single oscillating tower fan provided a small breeze for better sleep.
If you need a little laundry done, there’s a small fee of 10 Euros per bag.
No A/C, so it may be very warm, but it cools at night
Stairs may be tricky for those with mobility issues
Even better if
A few more electrical outlets would be helpful. Perhaps a couple of power strips would serve that need.
A second fan or a ceiling fan would really help on hot nights.
Screens on windows would keep out flying insects

Le petit déjeuner était copieux et très qualitatif, un vrai plaisir de commencer la journée de la sorte. Aude est une hôte formidable, et nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite accueillis chaleureusement. Tout au long du séjour elle a fait en sorte que nous ayons tout ce dont nous avions besoin.

A very special place to stay. Beautiful, comfortable, peaceful home and close to the Monet museum. The hosts were very welcoming and had nice ideas for things for us to do during the day. If you are going to Monet’s home be sure to book tickets in advance as they sell out quickly.
