Les Jardins de Joséphine - Le Manoir

The hotel had just reopened and we were the only guests. It is a beautiful, elegant, charmingly-furnished hotel with excellent facilities. We were welcomed very warmly and taken great care of by the manager and cook. The restaurant is not fully operational yet but for dinner, we were directed to a fabulous fish restaurant that gives special rates to clients of the hotel, and we were served an excellent breakfast in the morning.

Only that the location meant we couldn’t easily walk out to explore the town.

Didnt have breakfast, loved the outside of the place ,very ornate and beautiful gardens

Our room was quite small for a double, but just outside our room was lounge seating so we sat outside reading our books

Property looks amazing set in lovely grounds . Rooms immaculate and clean. Looks like this hotel has been very recently refurbished

Soulless. You arrive use a key pad to get in and get your key. No reception area no staff on site . No information whatsoever anywhere in the room or downstairs on Wi-Fi breakfast times , how to use blinds, nearest place for food drink to walk etc . Breakfast awful value . Menu said cheese and charcuterie by order . We were given cheese spread in foil and one slice of ham each . A walk to town about 35 mins but no room information to tell you how to get there
