Beautiful hotel, we felt welcomed and appreciated the vibe! When we arrived there were many patrons sitting on the front lawn, enjoying the sunset, by the streaming river flow! Such a tranquil place! ❤️ It was the Best part of our trip from Paris to Normandy Beach, as we needed the rest. But this hotel provided so much more, as they were kind at the Front Desk, and served us a FANTASTIC DINNER, with a view! Lovely & Welcoming personnel! We will definitely return! ❤️

Chic, modern boutique hotel with large rooms and helpful friendly staff. An hour from Paris and near the gardens of Givernay. The restaurant wasn’t open Monday or Tuesday and the town of Pacy-Sue-Eure is greatly lacking in restaurants so you have to drive 25/30 mins for a restaurant.

The room had a river view and the room was clean and beautiful. We arrived on a rainy day and easy access to parking and access to the room was convenient. The restaurant was excellent. We really enjoyed our steak. The only downside was the bathroom. I’m not sure if it was because of the weather, but our bathroom smelled like sewage, which made the experience unpleasant. We made sure to leave the bathroom door shut. Even considering that, the property was awesome, close to Giverny.

After three weeks traveling France, we found the perfect hotel! Everything was lovely! The grounds are gorgeous, the room comfortable, spacious, and well appointed. The bar/restaurant service was better than average. (I was provided a bucket of ice to chill a bottle! Not easy to find in France!) The beautiful hostess was welcoming. Highly recommend this pet friendly boutique hotel. We did not have dinner or breakfast.

Started well. Friendly helpful receptionist but our ground floor room, advertised as accessible, had a double bed with about 3 inches space to wall. Second person would have to climb over partner to get out of bed! Room was changed and that was more spacioua but foam mattress was about 6 ins wider than base and was very hot. A/c was quiet but we had a poor night's sleep as we were too hot on mattress. Hall carpet was stained. Dinner menu had very few dishes on offer, was extremely expensive and they ruined our fillet steaks as they were very dry. These were served with a slab of salty dauphinoise potatoes which i felt had not been cooked that day and no other vegetable or garnish. For €35 we expected much better. Service was very slow. 7 people in kitchen and 3 waiters for 12 people and I course took 1 hour! Wine prices were extortionate even for a 5 star French hotel. Breakfast selection was very poor and €15. It a great pity that a hotel in such a superb location does not provide a comfortable night's sleep after a great meal and lovely breakast as we have had In dozens of French hotels elsewhere

Stayed overnight here with our family the night before a wedding. Wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble . The rooms were spotless and the location by the river was beautiful. We had a lovely meal in the grounds in the evening and sat in the beautiful gardens all evening with a few drinks . We travel a lot and we will definitely come back here. Absolutely loved it .

The setting on the lovely Eure river is beautiful and peaceful. The room and bathroom are nicely appointed and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good as well. Highly recommend Bel Ami.

Carpets are dirty and smelly, especially in the hallway. The hotel has a weird layout, guests must walk through the entire restaurant (with luggage and watched by other guests who are eating dinner) in order to get to the room. Owner was unfriendly and watching guests closely! Our room has bugs, when we requested to change room, owner came, saying "you cannot open two rooms in one night". She tried to kill the bugs (thanks for the effort) and said "this is nothing". We insisted and she finally changed room reluctantly. Fortunately we only stayed one night. Next morning after checked out, owner saw the ice-creams we bought and said "don't eat in the room!". what the? We were on the way leaving the hotel !
