I enjoyed my stay with Harry and his wife.

Everything was great, but for an unobliging neighbor.

Unfortunately for Harry and The Mill, there is an unobliging neighbor whose pounding late night music at the time of my visit made it difficult to sleep. Not sure why the town council can't sort this out.

The bar staff was very well coming. The facilities were good. Would like the room price to be cheaper, then I would book regular with the mill hotel.

The pub half of the hotel lacked real ale, and closed early - it could be very noisy in the street outside late at night (though that isn't the hotel/pub's fault. Lack of breakfasts and no en-suite bathroom facilities.

I needed a cheap place in a hurry, but was still surprised at how dated and shabby it was.

Good water pressure in the shower. Clean room/bedding/towels. Landlord seemed nice enough.

Not dirty but very shabby place. Only one working shower room for everyone and one ladies toilet (though I didn't clash with anyone). Felt like there was no acoustic barrier to the outside street (had window open due to the heat) or to the corridor (squeaky floor and doors slamming). It was fine in the end but didn't feel particularly safe for a woman travelling alone.

A quick shower, wash and sleep was all we needed and that's what we got. The shower was good!

The place was clean and quiet, we only stayed for one night and as we were arriving after 10pm, the owner gave us his personal mobile to get in, which was a nice touch.

Definitely not a place you should stay in in winter time.

The only good thing of the place was close to city center location and a friendly staff (not the owner of the place)

- I DID NOT RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR MY STAY DESPITE MY REQUESTS - personal and thru booking.com! - Not closing windows - room was super cold - Heating switched off during the day time - Warm water under shower only for couple of minutes (1-2 minutes) - No wifi (there is some wifi but working only around hotel bar) - When I asked for some extra heating in my room I got an answer that they can not do anything about it and I have a blanket. - Rude owner of the place.

On Saturday I would not sleep in this hotel as on the back there is a disco club all night till 3am in the morning! Room very small
