great hotel within walking distance of Bedford Park for the summer sessions concerts. The thermal spa is small but lovely and also uncrowded. very helpful staff
room was very hot - the aircon wasnt really working, but this was probably due to the hotel being completely full and the weather being very hot.

Clean, beautiful deco. Excellent access for disability needs . All the staff were excellent and have obviously had good quality training . The reception staff were brilliant , especially the tall lady , short blonde hair and tattoos. It was a challenging day with 32 degree heat , they were constantly on the go , never complaining and had made sure our room had air con on . Top employee
Car parking is an issue , along with resident and visitors not being able to park between two lines .

The hotel is beautiful, the room was lovely and the bed was really comfortable. Surroundings were lovely
We ordered some lunch to be told they don't do a club sandwich on a Saturday. We got to breakfast and there wasn't much left. No fresh fruit available.

Breakfast - very poor given the price paid for 1 night stay. Slow service, limited choice, a number of options were not available Bed was uncomfortable
