Friendly welcome, convenient location and well priced.
Bed felt quite rickety, mattress needed replacing, room door lock was badly fitted and rooms very stuffy. Also, no bedside light at all. It felt that with a bit of effort, some redecorating and replacing tired old furniture, this could be a great little place - lots of potential.

Although Booking.com said no breakfast included the host was very generous in what she provided for guests to make themselves a non cooked breakfast. I got to park on the front of the property but plenty of spaces on roadside parking also if place was busier.
It was great and the host was very pleasant and helpful. The room and bathroom were better than usual. I'd book again the next time I needed to stay in Bedford, if they had a room available.
