Top rates for the whole experience, from the initial booking to our departure everything was flawless. We would like to praise the exceptional hospitality of the staff, responding quickly to our messages and booking requests and been really efficient during our stay. We had enjoyed many unexpected perks- our room was upgraded for free to the new wing, received a welcome drink of local wine and water on departure. There was even an e-mail with a "Thank you message" from head of staff for choosing to stay with them, which gives the experience quite a nice personal touch. Both room and bathroom have a luxury amber, even our kid's guest bed was super comfortable. We have used the spa room exclusively. It has all you need-hot and cool jacuzzi, sauna, showers and rest room. The only missing part was toilet, but maybe it was not open out of season. There is an outdoor pool area and a beautiful view across the valley, as the complex is on a hill. Although we stayed on a Monday, and some of the local restaurants were closed, in the village there is a vibrant selection of cafes and restaurants for guest to enjoy, or you can order food delivered to your room. Overall highly recommending this hotel!

Excellent choice to explore Kerkini lake
Very good location to explore the area of lake Karkini, visit Serres and go for thermal baths in Agistro. Excellent attention from the staff. Such a warm welcome and willingness to give all sort of information. The hotel is in very good shape and the new section where we stayed was top notch. It’s worth it to stay in the more superior rooms for a little extra. Next time we will also have breakfast that looked delicious. Also the parking on premises is very handy.

Great spot with all you need.
Absolutely perfect place for a recharge of batteries. Hotel is offering all you need - pool, some green space, delicious restaurant dishes that you can also eat on your tarrace, huuuuge bed, big variety of food for breakfast and super kind personel. Nice drinks as well.

The Best choice
The room was nice and very clean, the bed very confortable, excellent pool and a very quiet place. The food was very tasty and well cooked. Excellent breakfast, with very delicious local dishes. The hospitable atmosphere and friendly staff do this hotel ideal for family stay. It was a perfect stay for us!

Perfect place for a stop on a long trip to Greece !
The hotel is very welcoming, in a safe area with a large view to the scenary until far away. Rooms are big, very clean with nice furniture, nice balcony with everything you need. Bed so comfortable! The staff excellent, welcoming us with nice glass of local wine and cold water when we left for the road ! Restaurant with terrace very beautiful, good food at reasonable prices. We were delighted by this hotel.
For a night stop on the way to Greek beaches is a perfect location ! It is not in the center of the city...for those who would like to have a walk to see more of Sidhirokastro...
