Very comfortable rooms, big new bathroom, big windows, balcony, clean, restaurant facilities. Value for money. Great location

The rooms need soundproofing. We heared our neighbour TV, late at night music from the restaurant. All the rest is perfect.

check in and check out took ages. also poor feedback between reception and restaurant, as we were wrongly charged to pay breakfast, which we never had.. at the end was corrected, but not so good experience. noice until late night from restaurant due to parties. definitely not recommended for families with small children

Strange Hotel - Bad management - Noisy

The only one criteria to choose this hotel was its location. The rooms are quite big. The decoration is pretty nice and made with quality material. The hotel seems to be new.

Very strange hotel without a good management. The staircase is VERY NOISY. Unbearable! Only two employees could speak English at the reception. The communication was difficult. No housekeeping for 7 days. I have had to ask for additional toilet paper, soaps and new towels. I especially asked the receptionist to put the trash out. (After 7 days, this is unaceptable!) The breafast was poor quality and the waiter was rude and could not speak English. I had to ask for an orange juice and a coffee otherwise I had a plate of low quality ham and cheese with two slices of bread only. Music too loud in the restaurant with employees and cooks that do not pay attention to the clients. Dog barking during the night. The service of the breakfast at 8:00 am only. I booked this hotel with breakfast included, but I had to start working at 8:00 am, so no chance to take my breafast at the hotel (Except on Sunday) If you do not ask for a take-out breafast, you will have nothing.
