Exceptional

Beds, especially the mattresses, are so comfy and able to sleep without a problem. The bathroom was really cozy. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Would re-visit the hotel again. It met our expectations.

spacious, nicely decorated rooms

the bed is quite soft for my taste, just at the edge of OK, very small bathrooms and pretty chilly in the winter (both bath and room) no central heating just A/Cs

Clean hotel

The family room was very big, comfortable and clean. The receptionist was friendly and helped us about the restaurants.

There was no balcony only window. So it is problem if you are smoking. The a/c made very noise and it was only in one bedroom (family two rooms with inside door). Also no coffee machine and restaurant take a breakfast.

Everything was great

Everythign was perfect, same as last couple of times.

The first room that was offered to us smelled like cigarettes. This wasn't acceptable for us because we have a little baby. Despite the posters everywhere that smoking inside is not allowed, it appears many guests doesn't like to follow the rules. Nonetheless, the staff was really helpful and friendly changing our room to another one. Can't complain at all and we will visit again. But as a recommendation to the hotel management, add smoke detectors in the rooms or charge a fee if people smoke inside. Inconsiderate guests like that can ruin the stay of your other guests.

excellent value and comfort for the money paid, in a picturesque environment, close to Greek border

Good , stylish hotel in a quiet, more rural residential area: Comfortable bed, spacious room, everything spotless. The lady at reception nice and helpful.

Maybe the absence of a little fridge in the room, the coffee/tea maker. No possibility to serve at least breakfast, but this is not a big issue as there are some places in town to get a coffee and some nibbles.
