I did not stay. I asked to change my rooms like the ones I booked from booking and they refused because they had a weddi

The man from the reception was ok.Understanding and patient.

I reserved 2 rooms, a triple and a double and none of it was like the pictures on booking.The rooms received were like a 2 star hotel, at price for 4 stars.

Hotel in a quiet area of Serres

The hotel is in a quiet area away from the centre. The breakfast was very good and the rooms a big size.

There was no hot water when we had a shower, no tea/coffee facilities in the room, shower curtain was dirty yellow colour. The hotel is old and run down and needs to be refurbished. The beds had old blankets instead of duvet covers. I honestly don’t know where it gets the 4 stars from.

very good hotel for transit Grece-Bulgaria-Romania huge rooms, huge bathrooms (bubble bath tube - AND shower), huge balcony air conditioning, small fridge, wifi, TV all amenities very good breakfast (and early) large and nice swimming pool huge parking taverna at 10 min walk

For what we paid, the hotel was good enough, it is fairly priced for what you get. Location is really lovely surrounded

Very nice pool area, not to busy, no getting up early to reserve sun beds, rooms were a good size as was bathroom and balcony. Most of the staff encountered were very friendly.

The hotel is very dated and hasn’t had any investment for a number of years. There were also a number of basic maintenance issues which have nothing to do with being dated and should have been attended to e.g. several lightbulbs in our room not working, few bits of rubbish lying around, overgrown planting causing a trip hazard on stairs down to the pool.

Peaceful and good rest

I chose this hotel for an overnight stay on my way from Greece to Bulgaria. When I arrived tired after a hot day driving, I was able to regain my strength in the pool, the staff were very kind and waited for me to swim, even though it was already evening and time to close the pool. I liked this place of relax, a large silent hotel among the hills. There is no noise, it is a good place for digital detox and conducting yoga and meditation

In order to enjoy your stay at the hotel you have to come by car, there is no food in the evening at the hotel. There are also mosquitoes, it is better to take a fumigator with you, or ask at the reception. In the nearby town, shops are open until 9 pm, I found the only one working Παντοπωλείο Βασιλακακη Γεωργία until 10 pm. You can eat in local taverns

Location is very good, it’s easy to reach from the auto route. Quite comfortable place with the hospital staff.

I loved the value and the price, I loved that it had a swimming pool, most of the staff were friendly and they did allow us to go have breakfast a little bit before the time it was posted to be open so we really appreciated that cause we had to leave early in the morning

The beds are not the most comfortable, but everything else makes up for that

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Hotel. Everything was perfect. The room was clean, equipped with everything needed and very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The staff was kind, friendly and assisted us with all our needs during the stay. The location is good and there are parking spaces available. The breakfast was also okay.

Good choice for transit, great pool and breakfast

Great pool. Good breakfast, plenty of food to choose from (starts at 7:30). Nice view from the rooms.

Cleaning so and so: some spiders and spiderweb into the bathroom, a bad smell of cigarette into the room and dirty on the balcony, but the bed sheets were clean. A little bit far from the taverns in town.

Nice landscape, large balcony overlooking the pool, video surveyed private parking.

Wi fi signal was average. Available food for dinner was relatively expensive and no choice to select from. A big grasshopper caught in the room was invited out.

Feeling that I slept in a cave

I didn't like anything.

The receptionist "wanted" to offer us a better room than the one booked they said, but the door couldn't be locked so they had to give us a standard room, "of course". I understand that one of the beauties of Greece are the ruins, but the hotel shouldn't be one of them. I have never seen such an expensive room with such poor quality for everything.

The hotel is safe. The breakfastnis good and has you need if you travel with kids. The parking is free and safe. The room is big and the swimming pool is ok.

Large rooms, clean, breakfast ok.

The pool was not functional!!! It was dirty, almost dried like it has not been used for ages. Even in pictures looks wonderfull. They did not serve us meal in restaurant because it was hired for some events. I think it was unacceptable not to have what to eat after a full day of traveling.
