Overnight stay

The hotel was very nice offering several amenities which unfortunately due to time we did not enjoy. The staff was courteous, attentive to needs, very professional. We'll keep it in our list of preferred places.

Very nice hotel to stay if you are in the Serres area!

Very spacious hotel and rooms. The breakfast was very rich and the quality of the food was good. The people were very friendly and the hotel is very close to the city and the various surrounding attractions.

What I did not like was the fact that the hotel was a little bit old and definitely an upgrade/renovation would do it very good.

Big rooms, excellent parking, nice green and quiet area.

Nothing particularly. Breakfast was good, but less oriented to vegetarians (lack of fruits).

Lovely hotel. Great location, beautiful setting, friendly staff. Appreciated the breakfast each morning which had a wide variety of foods. The pools were great.

A wonderful, comfortable stay.

Very good Greek breakfast with lots of choices. Loved being able to experience the comfort of a Coco-Mat mattress and pillows. Wonderful to have a pool to cool down in and the availability of gym facilities and classes, as well as spa treatments. We had dinner one evening in the restaurant and the food was well prepared and delicious.

Would have preferred an independent shower to one in the bath. Our room was on the 3rd floor and so was the breakfast area. It was strange not being able to have direct access to it and needing to take the elevator up to reception and then another one down to breakfast.

The room was ideal for the 4 of us, a nice idea to have a mezzanine floor. Very nice lady at reception, she helped me find a doctor for my grandson. Good variety of food for breakfast, and we had room service the first night as we were very tired, it was prompt and tasty. It was great to have the pool, one of the reasons I chose the hotel, and it's location meant it was away from the city. Great sound proofing in the rooms.

We didn't get the room serviced the last day, so ran out of toilet paper, but nothing else to note.

This is a great hotel good value. The location is scenic and peaceful. Breakfast good

We were happy with this place the room size the location very quiet near beautiful nature Trail walks the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly you do need a card to get into the city but if you don't have one it's not far it's just a quick taxi ride

- the hotel itself, the view from the balcony - the room, very spacious for a family of four - the bathroom was good - the breakfast was ok

It's not the hotel's fault but the music from a club nearby didn't stop until 5 in the morning.
