Cool house, just not very newcomer friendly.

Staff was willing to help, although they did not speak English.

Location is extremely hard to find, I knew in advance not to follow Google Maps, but there was nothing else to follow. One sign at the beginning of the town and then you are stuck without a second sign. Not very well thought out. Streets are very steep and narrow and you can easily get stuck having to drive backwards in narrow curvy alleys. We tried calling, but nobody picked up the phone.

For our company there is all we need to rest after fishing ,warm water,AC, comfortable bad,the view of balcony is amazing

The only one minuses is the bad location on maps,we follow but the road was too bad for lower cars,after we walk 10 minutes in 40°C we find it ,the owner help us to reach destination in other road which didn't exist on maps,but is way better

An outstanding warm hearted and satisfyingly stay in the guesthouse and village.

We are travelling for very long, and can sincerely tell that this place is a very good experience. The property is with love made, basic equipped for a self-catering and in any case expendable by asking the hosts. super clean beautiful stonehouse in between of trees and natural springs on top of a very serene old small charming village, with a vast view to the mountains and the sea. quiet and peaceful. Maria yannis and their parents welcomed and hosted us with a full open heart, and with a respect of private space, these two qualities are rare and we think very important for giving a good hosting experience to different people. Because there was a barbeque in the evening while we visited the place we all were generously and naturally invited to a delicious house made dinner and lovely company! we all brought spontaneously our instruments to enjoy singing and playing together. Amazing experience in days of corona while I wish to also mention that safety and hygiene standards were fully respected. Maria and her mother in law are offering a nice little breakfast and deliscious organic food mostly from vegetables growing in the garden. the location is perfect for people who love nature and also greek culture, since its walking distance to the centre of the village and few minutes drive by car to the beautiful beaches of nea vrasna or stavros or aretusa, a nice little village with a beautiful forest and waterfall. note that unlike to nea vrasna there are just a few tourists in this village which makes it so authentic and charming. (if its a benefit or not, up to you) We think we found a perfect place for vacation, relaxing and exploring. would be happy to come back and have these beautiful people in our life which were more becoming friends then hosts in just a few days... All the best for the family and their business, with many pleasant experiences of guests to book and stay, you so deserve.

Very quiet area , good for relaxation or transit . Clean. Great host. Complementary home made Greek sweets and cheese toast in the morning

Very hard to find, the host came to meet us after a phone call , with a person who spoke English . The host doesn’t speak English . Far from the beach. Not all the rooms are with air conditioning .

La posizione tranquilla e il panorama. In effetti si trova leggermente in alto e garantisce fresco durante le sere estive

Il più grande neo: è impervio arrivarci in auto. La strada è talmente sconnessa e stretta da rischiare danni all’auto. Inoltre la camera è talmente piccola….. alzandosi dal letto di notte ho sbattuto il ginocchio contro il termosifone perché il letto è tanto addossato al muro da consentire a malapena il passaggio. L’unica sedia che c’è è incastrata tra tavolo e mobile da impedirne l’uso: se la do tira fuori non c’è posto dove metterla
