I am satisfied.

A very good hotel in a great location in the city center. Very responsive and friendly staff. It does not offer breakfast, but on both sides of the entrance there are great sweet shops and bakeries. I am satisfied and will visit it again. Serres is a lively and wonderful city with smiling people and excellent taverns.

For a two star hotel it is decent. Top location. Clean rooms. Unfortunately the rooms are small. The man at the reception helped us with parking the car, because parking in the city is terrible.

Great hotel in the very center of Serres

Great hotel in the very center of the city. Nice and friendly staff. There are parking places, dedicated to the hotel, so you may park there. Just underneath is a bakery, where you can get tasty breakfast and coffee. Restaurants with tasty Greek food are available in the vicinity.

Light in the room was not enough. If you're travelling for work and would like to sit on the desk and work, - the light would not be enough.

Perfect stay

Everything was perfect during our stay. The room was very clean and spacious. It was also equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and kind. The beds were very comfortable. The location of the Hotel is perfect. We will definitely visit the Hotel again during a future visit of Serres.

Loved it.

I absolutely loved my stay! The hotel is a hidden historical gem with beautifully refurbished rooms. The art deco is well-preserved and gorgeous. The staff is attentive and kind. I highly recommend the stay. Just for those new to Serres, parking is hard to find in this area, but I already knew that and was prepared to walk a little from the car to the hotel!

overall very enjoyable. will stay again.

great location right in the center of the city, close to bars and restaurants. we were very pleasantly surprised to see how lively Serres is at night. the hotel takes you back in time,.. almost with an old French Quarter charm. the staff was very nice and even brought us coffee in the room at 6 am since we had an early departure and no coffee shops were open yet.

the mattress and pillows are a bit hard for our taste,. ..but, nevertheless we had a good sleep.

we always stay at this hotel on the way home from Greece. Last time they gave us a suite that ot was just finished. Really nice of them and really new. The location is perfect if u r in transit

Perfect location, clean rooms and clean bathrooms , friendly personnel -they were always kind and helpful. The building has a soul as it was one of the oldest of the city. The price is great as well.

It was very clean, extremely kind and nice people, the apartment was recently renovated and there is free parking, wifi and a very nice bakery nextdoor for a delicious breakfast and coffee. We were with two kids ( 3 and 7) and it fully suited our needs! It is located at the city center, great location!

The location is perfect. Very close to the center of the town, so we can eat and drink without worries about the car.

The bed's are very hard and the parking was without enough parking space, so we have to search for a parking spot on the streets, which is very hard on Friday and Saturday.

The property was close to everything, but not right above the noise. It had an interesting French apartment vibe and super friendly staff. There was dedicated parking.

The host was very nice and had good English skills. He showed us where to park, right next to the hotel. The bedrooms looked very good and both had AC, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and recently updated.
