A Relaxing Stay with everything you need
we had the balcony room with a nice view. The property is located in a quiet area and not very far from the city Center. We could park our car on the property and bicycles in a garage next to the main entrance. The cleanliness of the rooms was ensured everyday by the land lady while we were eating our breakfast. She is a very friendly presence and made sure the breakfast is served in time. We would love to stay here again.

Extremely friendly owner, nice location
Extremely friendly owner. She knew only little English but we managed to talk a lot! It was great to know the guesthouse has been in their family business since 1970s. The fruit garden in the back was really nice. There is even a table and bench with grape vines on the top for shade. It was a nice 1+km walk to the centre of Bernkastel-Kues but its very enjoyable to walk either beside the river or through the little streets surrounded by traditional German buildings. There was ample space to park my motorcycle in the back.
Breakfast is quite limited but we knew that.

Die Nähe zur Mosel und zum Zentrum
Es ist sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten das Zimmer neben der Treppe und man hörte jeden Gast, der die Treppe benutzte. Es gibt keine Trittschalldämmung, sodass auch jeder Schritt in der oberen Etage zu hören war und man nachts geweckt wurde.
