Great place to stop over close to all amenities and 5 minutes into the city centre

Won’t be staying there again

Clean comfy bed and breakfast was ok

Room was dark and shabby. Coffee machine in room was inadequate with only 1 small bottle of water and espresso size paper cups. Our dog was scratching all night on floor. One bathroom light bulb had blown and bin lid was rusty.

Great place to stop overnight on road trip.

The location to motorway was great. The room was clean and quiet considering it's proximity to main road. Bed comfy and got a fantastic night's sleep! Staff friendly and welcoming. Restaurants within walking distance.

The entrance was a bit strange as you couldn't see the hotel from the main road it wasn't sign posted and was round the back of showroom down a side alley. Plenty of parking.

Breakfast good and generous. Best thing was sushi restaurant near by, close to roundabout.

Couldn’t wait to leave the next day!

The location was convenient

The room was very smelly, it smelled as though someone had been cooking chips in the whole room and en-suite. Didn’t appear or feel very clean, I slept on top of the bed rather than get into it! No bar or food facilities available even though the facilities section of the description stated that there were. I had to settle for a very poor KFC near to the hotel which I ended up throwing away! Reception area had lots of men just lounging about the place, without being rude, it gave the impression it was a hostel for immigrants. I would not stay here again.

Experience could have been better

Staff (male) receptionist was very friendly and willing to accomodate our request.

However, the start was bad. All taxes were included in the booking and was still charged city tax on arrival. The room was not up to expectation, too hot with no airco and the single window that was available for opening was situated at a very busy road. The room was already noisy without that window opened. Requested for a different room on the opposite side of the hotel and got one, but that was also noisy in the morning as the companies around it started working early (eg construction company, garage and some shops). Traveling with a child to make the stay comfy & for the the money paid, it was a dissapointment for the duration of our stay.

Car park is small and separated, felt somewhat unsafe Hotel location is not ideal it's on a sort of industrial estate... No air conditioning...but I knew that when I booked. It was 30 degrees with no air con on the top floor so I didn't sleep well. If this hotel had air con it would have been a great overnight stay on my journey back to Calais Unfortunately I wouldn't book again in the warmer summer months due to this

Bed was very comfortable, bathroom and bedroom very clean. Good value for money. Breakfast adequate and varied.

Unfortunately no evening meal on offer at weekends after a tiring journey it would have been nice not to have to go out again and look for somewhere to eat.

It wasn't easy to find, poor signage. The heating didn't work well, it was cold in the room. Needs modernising Poor internet connection Not enough toilet paper left in the room Noisy Smelly Fruit wasn't fresh Reception is not manned after 11pm so you couldn't ask for help

Cheap stopover.

Convenient location to access from out of town. Most usual food outlets close by.

Arrived mid afternoon to find hotel locked. Eventually door was opened after 10 minutes. Male receptionist not very communicative despite the fact that we spoke French to him. Dreadful smell of food in upper floors coming from guest rooms. Lift only accesses floor 3 of 4.

Economic overnight stop.

The bed was comfortable and the room was a well organised. Coffee was available in the room. We didn't try the breakfast but it looked decent. The price was very economical.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The hotel was a little difficult to find because it was behind the buildings on main street, but with GoogleMaps it was okay.

L'accueil du réceptionniste et ses efforts pour résoudre les défaillances de l'établissement. Literie de bon confort.

Contrairement à ce qui est noté sur Booking, pas de restaurant (juste des bocaux réchauffés) et ce jour-là on m'annonce que pas de petit-déjeuner car la personne en charge est malade. Hôtel très difficile à trouver malgré l'adresse indiquée, inconnue du GPS, il a fallu appeler. La chambre donnée était une chambre pour PMR (que je ne suis pas ) avec salle de bains aux normes, mais sans rien pour poser ses affaires et une inaccessibilité de fait pour une PMR aux installations telles que table avec télécommande, téléphone, plateau de courtoisie, car passage entre lit et mur trop étroit.

Netflix la literie et le chauffage.personnel accueillant et Hotel facile a trouver.

Dans la nuit une personne c’est introduit dans l’hôtel qui n’est pas client de l’hôtel.la personne c’est mise à toquer à toutes les portes à 3h30 du matin .intervention de la police crie claquement de porte.la personne a toquer plusieurs fois à ma porte pour nous réveiller.si nous n’avions pas appelé la police cela aurait duré jusqu’au matin .d’ailleurs ils ont quitté l’hôtel a 6h30 du matin.je vous laisse donc imaginer la nuit sans parler que la personne a uriner dans le couloir.je demande un remboursement de ma nuit ou une nuit gratuite en dédommagement.
