Cosy & warm reception. Tesla chargers in the car park was fantastic for us. Restaurant was quirky & fun. The heating was not working properly so we requested a plug in heater which they provided within 5 minutes

Room was abit small & needs updating. Communal carpets were grubby. Restaurant food was overpriced

Just what I needed.

For once, booking's description was almost accurate! It was a pleasant place to break a long journey. Nothing really special, but everything you need, hassle free. Small-ish room, comfortable bed, adequate bath/shower.

There is no sign post for the property until you reach the entrance. I was lucky ......

Friendly staff, excellent location for motorway, bonus that there was a restaurant on site, good breakfast. Have stayed at other hotels in Orleans when driving down through France before and this has definitely been the best. Will be staying here again next time.

Breakfast was disappointing. Coming in at 08:30 most was gone and the staff couldn’t keep up refilling.

Good location.

Reception was a mess. No food after 9.00 pm decided to get a drink but waited so long. Lots of dogs in hotel. convenient for a stop over but was an incredibly basic box room despite booking a superior room.

Thank goodness for Satellite Navigation! But once there it’s a good location. Dog friendly and helpful staff

The room was incredibly small for two adults and two dogs. Fine for a single traveler with a rucksack perhaps. Also the bathroom was a disabled wet room. The shower floods the bathroom and a huge metal handrail next to the toilet which is adjacent to the sink made it a little awkward. No kettle or drink making equipment and when I tried to upgrade the room the very apologetic receptionist said the hotel was full. She was helpful and gave a a kettle.
