There was nothing I didn't like about this place..the staf are eficient and friendly. This was our second visit this year.
I cant think of anything that would have made our stay better.

A very warm welcome, staff excellent and some recognised us from visit 2 years ago.
Very relaxed feeling which was perfect for a large family gathering.
They are using a temporary kitchen due to a rock fall but this hasn’t changed the standard of food available. Staff are clearly working hard to adapt to the situation and make meal times flow smoothly.
Fairly narrow and slightly steep staircases but staff were on hand to assist with luggage.

The bed was sooo hard! Had back problems on return home. You really need to do something about this as it is letting the entire hotel down
