The property was clean [without being spotless] lovely and warm, generally well equipped [although see comment below] with plenty of room for 4 adults.
Excellent pre stay communication from the host who met us on arrival to hand over the keys and explain how everything worked.
Proximity to forest walks.
The beds were on the spongy side, and the pillows very flat. The kitchen was a bit light on crockery - only two cereal bowls and decent sized mugs.
The lodges on the site seem very close together so every window had net curtains which must be horrible in the summer.

Small, peaceful site with lovely walks from the door. Great location. Well equipped and comfortable. Host vey welcoming.

the site is little cramped, neighbours being very close - it's a minor grumble though and obviously the host can't help that!
