Gorgeous cottage much bigger than I'd expected, clean and tidy, comfortable, lovely and cosy.

Lovely warm and cosy - beds really comfortable lounge Super cosy and the conservatory at back with huge hot tub was lovely
Nice outdoor area too - close to a Suoer pub serving good food and one of the prettiest village stores really close too
Nothing we didn’t like about the cottage but I would say I think it does need a few more bits a pieces in the kitchen cupboards - only 3 wine glasses and a measuring jug and perhaps a mixing bowl and some proper cereal bowls (soup bowls only ) would help -
Also some additional lighting at far end of hot tub would help as that corner was very dark and I nearly tripped over the steps into the hot tub as you couldn’t see them properly so that would be really helpful but all in all we would definitely recommend and go back for another stay !

Very cosy, comfy sofas and beds, loved the log fire.
A quiet location, pub with great food almost next door and a local shop across the road that seemed to stock everything you'd need or want on holiday!
Beautiful area and some good places to eat out locally.
The chlorine in the spa was very overpowering, made my eyes stream and itch but test strips said is was all good so must have just have been me 🤣

top of stairs difficult to negotiate for elderly -need secure handrails
location of light switches difficult to find?
several latches on doors not working properly
front door handle not secure
wifi code and password incorrect- frustrating
lack of useful instruction/information in book- ie tel numbers of local amenities
parking details needed before arrival
Far too many personal ornaments in cottage -gave overly cluttered feel
Ground floor shower room smelt very damp
Need a tray in the kitchen to carry things into living room
Need more coasters
