Lovely decor with lots of nice touches; big fluffy towels; nice and warm; comfy beds
Not really didn’t like, but the smaller bedroom would be better with a dinky bed side table at each side and away from the wall (albeit that makes it a tight squeeze). I would also have loved a larger pan. Making dinner for 4 was a bit challenging without at least one larger pot.

Central place from which to explore the Forest of Dean and surrounding areas. Great space for 2 of us, would expect it to work well for 4.
Parking a little tricky, but it works.

Lovely house in a good position to visit the local attractions in the Forrest of Dean. Friendly hosts and lovely welcoming touches. Beds were really comfortable!
Nothing to dislike

Great location, clean, warm
Very uncomfortable lounge and £25 charge per dog which is excessive and is paid direct and outside of the booking and not obvious unless you read the questions others have asked . I’ve paid a small surcharge in other properties but the cost here is far above the reasonable rates.
