Great resort

The resort is well designed, beautiful, great staffs. My kids attended the painting activity on recycled materials. They enjoyed it so much. The swimming pool is nice. The breakfast is great.

Perfect location for relaxing

This is the perfect place to stay if you want calm, relaxation, the ocean and a true local experience. The staff were amazing, and went out of their way to help us in the hotel and to get around.

The location and setting was lovely.

The bathroom glass on the top of the wall was open to the outside, so the mosquito kept coming in through; also can hear the talking sound coming from next door! The toilet is not working properly so we have trouble getting it flush completely— we can’t use toilet the whole night! It’s really bad and wasted a lot of time trying to flush toilet!!

The area was gorgeous and beautifully maintained. Rooms were perfect for us, comfy beds and good aircon! Staff were absolutely gorgeous and helpful with anything we needed. Will absolutely be coming back!

A wonderful and memorable stay that I would love to experience again

I really enjoyed staying here. Fast wifi, the breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, and the views around the resort were beautiful. My room was comfortable, clean, and I loved the view from the balcony.

Honestly, I didn’t find anything to dislike. The staff were so welcoming, the room was very comfortable, the WiFi was fast, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing, it all made my stay really enjoyable.

Can’t wait to come back

Our stay here was wonderful. The accommodation was lovely. The room was large and the bathroom was lovely. The restaurant overlooking the ocean is great and food tasty. The pool was fabulous. We caught the free shuttle up from Legian which was great. When you consider this cost it makes the accom great value! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Angel who made our stay that bit more wonderful. We wish we’d stayed longer. Will definitely come back.

Some minor tweaks to service could make this even more enjoyable. The tropical bar would be opened but then it seemed like nothing was really happening. When you sat on the bean bags watching the sunset there was no drinks service and the same for when lounging by the pool. Having someone move around regularly taking drink and food orders would really just make it faultless.

I loved this resort and hope to go back one day

I absolutely loved my stay at Lovina Beach Resort. -The cafe area with the view over the swimming pool and ocean was pure HEAVEN. I sat there for more hours than I can count, sipping tea and just feeling the peace that this view affords. -The staff were absolutely wonderful and contributed so much to my stay. I have nothing but praise for them. They were attentive, accommodating and kind. -I loved my room and its spaciousness.

My bed had bedbugs and I got bitten soo much. :( The bakery items at the breakfast (and some other things) were low quality and sometimes just plain stale/old.

Location Service in the restaurant

Service from housekeeping staff and reception was not ok. I needed to get angry before they agreed to bring me fresh towels. Water in shower did not smell good.

Pool was amazing, and the restaurant has spectacular views over the beach. The swing next to the pool is also very cute and makes for nice photos.

The laundry service was a rip-off. I had to pay 90 000 for 1.5 kg and the clothes did not even come back clean. The hotel staff also made the price when I collected it, so everything seemed a bit dodgy.

fantastic and well maintained spacious grounds, amazing infinity pool, nice bar and restaurant with great staff. perfect place to relax and soak up sun. hotel provided taxi to the busier part of Lovina which was a very short drive away (5 mins max). Took a dolphin trip from hotel which was very special.

at time of stay building work was taking place on the sea wall which was noisy but it should all be completed now

Good value for money, but a bit deceived

The staff was great amenities too ! We did a sunset tour which was also great and the spa is amazing ! Do try the massages there they are great!

The room phone kept ringing all night, apperently due to thechnical problems… The daulphin tour was very deceiving, the boats (including ours) kept on chasing the daulphins which made them stress and scared..

Very friendly staff. Great atmosphere at night. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. We enjoyed how the resort plays music all the time and has singers at tea time. Good food. Very reasonable price per night. Snorkelling and kayak included in price.

Warm beer therefore had to use glass with ice. Grout old in bathroom and needs replacing making the bathroom look dirty. Average cocktails on special. The pool is nice but definitely not like the photo. Breakfast eggs were on the bench way before breakfast started and not in the fridge...

Relax, kid friendly, sunset hotel

Very good quiet location on the sea front. Nice infinity pool, restaurant was good. Breakfast was basic but okay. Perfect sunset place as well. We enjoyed the free availability of canoes, stand-up paddle boards and there is a slide platform in the sea in front of the hotel.

Without own wheels, relatively difficult to find transportation.

Rooms were nice. However, don't expect them to be cleaned or havefresh towels and the bed made each day. You have to ask for this privilege.

They gym is dirty and smelly. Daily music is on a loop all day every day same songs just stuck on repeat. The breakfast is very limited if your from the west they had also ran out of many of the items anyway! Only 12 sun loungers for the whole hotel. The bar had run out of beer & coke and the fruit juice I think watered down. As for the cocktails.... tastless! So all in all much better and cheaper hotels within walking distance. Sadly I'd left to late to book in them.

Brilliant staff make the hotel amazing

The property is beautiful. it’s located right on the beach and has a perfect view for both sunrise and sunset. it was great that they had their own water sports facilities on site, which included paddle boarding, canoeing and jet skiing and the staff that were running that were brilliant. I had never jet skied before and one of the guys came out with me and was great. I really appreciated the effort from him. The staff were always so friendly and there was on particular gentleman in the restaurant one day, who was an absolute pleasure to stop and talk to. All the staff are brilliant at making you feel relaxed and happy.

Beautiful view but rooms in horrible condition!

Beautiful location with stunning views. Pool is beautiful and the evening vibes are great. There's a small beach bar in a van that's quite lovely and the music at night time is great.

The rooms are absolutely FILTHY! The towels are frayed, the portions of food are overpriced and TINY! The downstairs rooms smell like mould and the upstairs rooms have filthy floors. They closed the restaurant for guests because of a wedding that was her there. Was only notified the afternoon of the wedding which was frustrating as I had no choice but to order room service to my room. It was my last night there so I couldn't even enjoy a nice sit-down dinner with a cocktail on my last night. Won't stay here again. It's too gross in the rooms. I moved rooms THREE times!

Superb

Quiet place, but not far from the main road. Rooms are not new, but have all required amenities. Nice pool, water activities, access to the beach. I really don't understand people who give a low rating to this place.

The only disadvantage was weak WiFi, but my own mobile internet solved this problem.
