Nice stay however likely won’t stay again due to isolated location and having to pay for shuttle

You far from the town, had to pay to use the shuttle service, couldn’t use 10 min massage that no one else wanted to use with strict use 10 mins per person only so we didn’t bother

Great place to stay in Lovina

Received a free room upgrade which was a bonus. Very comfortable. Breakfast was typical Asin fare with enough choices to satisfy most people. Restaurant also provided ample choices for dinner. Great pool area right on the beach.

Hotel is a little way out of the center of town, maybe 15-20min walk, which may affect some, but really didn't bother me. Not much in town any ways. Some road traffic noise can be heard at night. Again, nothing that bother me.

Great resort to relax and wind down great room and very large and well maintained grounds ,very big swimming pool and a private beach to swim and snorkel and not have to worry about boats and the staff are very helpful and the bar was great ,friendly and welcoming

Relaxing stay in Lovina Haven.

We only stayed 1 night in the hotel. It was a fantastic stay. Super friendly staff, spacious rooms and a good location, directly on the beach. Excellent breakfast. For sure we will book this hotel again when we are in the Lovina area.

We don’t know there’ll be loud prayers every morning 4:30am and it’s better to be informed. Some young employees still need trainings to host guests. Have some distance from centre of town.

Outside sink to wash hands and clean teeth, so had to go out doors with many misquotes. Food in restaurant was poor quality. Service was always very good.

Terrible soundproofing. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to rest at all

The hotel has direct access to the beach. The staff were friendly and polite. The sea is calm and shallow — perfect for kids to swim safely.

Disappointing experience overall. Breakfasts were not tasty. The soundproofing was awful — we could hear neighbors talking, motorbikes and cars passing by, and at 5 AM the muezzin's morning prayer was extremely loud. Without earplugs, sleeping was impossible. Calling it a boutique hotel is a stretch — keep that in mind. The gym is very small, with only five machines. Realistically, no more than two people can work out there at the same time. We also couldn’t fill the bathtub with hot water — the water just never got hot enough.

Lovely resort Short walk out of town, beautiful facilities and friendly staff.

We had the beachfront villas and they were fantastic, spent afternoons enjoying the pool, morning walk along the beach into town.

Take two steps out of the area in front of the resort on the beach and the plastic/ litter on the beach was terrible the whole way down the beach, not really a resort problem but put you off swimming in the ocean for sure. The car to town was overpriced, organise your own.

Perfection by the sea

From the moment we arrived we could not have been more impressed. The staff were friendly and courteous and made a big deal of our arrival. We were fortunate to get an upgrade to a villa and the rooms were exceptional. The pool is perfect with regards to size and cleanliness. We were able to arrange outings through the resort which included dolphin watching which is a must. If you are travelling to Bali a stay in Lovina is highly recommended and the Lovina Haven Boutique Resort is the perfect place to stay! We will certainly be back.

Not a major issue but a lot of the staff could not speak English, however, there was always another staff member close by that could assist. I believe it is a hospitality training property.

Perfect location near the beach. Great pool and bar close. Having dinner close to the beach was really great! Our rooms were recently renovated and the beds were really good.

During the renovation of the room, the shower in the bath in the bathroom could have been renovated too.

Feel sad for the dolphins

It’s clean but it’s not really worth the money

Their dolphin tours are too aggressive. They chase the dolphins and do not keep a distance. There are like 200 boats at a time. It was horrid. Granted this is not from the hotel but they definitely support it by helping you book it.

The beach and pool areas were quiet and peaceful ideal for relaxing. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. On arrival, we were given welcome drink vouchers (from a select menu), and we were also given 10% discount vouchers, which was a nice bonus. The food menu had a good selection overall, with enough variety for different tastes. However, the breakfast buffet could use some improvement. more variety and fresher options would make a big difference.

The only downside was the room. Although it was advertised as soundproof, we could clearly hear noise from nearby rooms and music from other nearby hotels/bars, which disrupted the peace at times

A very nice stay at Lovina Haven Boutique Resort

The room and bed were comfortable. There is a restaurant and a spa on the property. The restaurant had a good menu. The spa package prices were very reasonable. The massage was really good and it was convenient that I could walk to my room after. The pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff ( reception, wait staff, gardeners) were very friendly and helpful, especially Reza at reception desk. I received a blessing when I arrived and I really liked that. The staff arranged a dolphin tour that worked out great.

Location is a little isolated so there aren't places to walk around the hotel.

Worth staying but the bathroom need to be updated.

The staff and the resort area was very nice and friendly. We liked the pool and the restaurant. The room and the bathroom was quite different from photos. Bathroom was outdated and rusty with a damaged sliding door. Also was no refrigerator in the room....

Szép, tiszta szálloda, személyzet udvarias és segítőkész, a medence tiszta és kellemes, a reggeli svédasztalos és igen bő a választék!

Tengerre néző szobát foglaltunk és a hullámzás folyamatos zaja zavaró, de erről a szálloda nem tehet. A közelben muszlim templom van ami már hajnal 4:40-kor rázendített!🙁 erröl sem tehet a szálloda, de aki ide foglal számítson rá! A füldugó sokat segített! nem véletlenül adják a szobához!

Fantastisch!

Nog nooit zulke lieve medewerkers gehad bij een hotel. Je voelt je elke dag van harte verwelkomd en iedereen is super geïnteresseerd. Mega uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Zou hier graag terugkomen! Op de laatste dag heeft een van de hotelmedewerkers op zijn vrije dag mij een kleine rondleiding gegeven in Lovina naar de boeddhistische tempel. Ontzettend leuk verblijf gehad.

Dusche ohne Abtrennung, alles Waaser im ganzen Bad dasurxh immer nasse Düsse oder Svhuhe. Nachts hatte man das Gwfühl die Motorbikes, der direkt hinter den Zimmern liegende Strasse, fahren allesamt durch das Zimmer, höllischer Lärm.

Fünf Sterne nur für die Mitarbeiter, für die Zimmer keinesfalls

Das allerbeste am Hotel sind die zuvorkommenden und freundlichen mitarbeitenden. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir das Küchenpersonal, dass uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat. Die Anlage ist bis auf den Zimmertrakt sehr großzügig mit sehr viel Grün und Eleganz.

Die Hauptanschließung führt an der schönen Seite der Zimmer vorbei, deshalb entsteht sehr viel Lärm Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und es gibt absolut keinen Schallschutz. Erholsame Nacht unmöglich. Die Betten sind hart ohne Lattenrost. Keine separate Dusche Nur ein Handtuch pro Person trotz Nachfrage Wenig Umweltbewusstsein, da kein water refill. Und so wird man zum Kauf von Wasserflaschen gezwungen Die Grünanlagen wurden täglich gegen Insekten gespritzt, was uns Atemreizung verursacht hat. Wir wären eigentlich ein paar Tage geblieben, sind nach einer Nacht aber wieder abgereist.

Wat een geweldig Hotel / Resort !!! De hele dag vriendelijke medewerkers met een lach en tijd voor een praatje, mooie kamers ( 101 en 202 ) , fijne bedden , mooie badkamer, super schoonmaak dienst , elke dag een heerlijk cakje na de schoonmaak. Een mooi groot restaurant met heerlijk lokaal / Balinees maar ook Westers eten ( voor onrbijt,luch en diner ), een chefkok die tijd neemt voor zijn gasten en elke dag even komt vragen of het allemaal in orde en naar wens is, superfijne bediening in het restaurant en de Beachclub. Fijn groot zwembad met ligstoelen en badhanddoeken. Kortom het adres voor onbezorgd overnachten / lekker eten + drinken en genieten als je in noord Bali wilt verblijven !!

Przepięknie położony hotel z cudownym basenem.

Przepięknie położony hotel nad samym morzem z dużym i czystym basenem. Bardzo dobra obsługa, starała się dogodzić. Na śniadaniach ogromny wybór. Recepcja piękna. Jedzenie w restauracji całkiem dobre. W związku z problemem w naszym pokoju otrzymaliśmy upgrate na resztę pobytu do villi. I naprawdę polecam ville z widokiem na morze. Są bardzo wygodne i przestronne a sprzątanie jest dwa razy dziennie (jak ktoś potrzebuje).

Pokoje miały trochę stare wyposażenie a zwłaszcza łazienki (jak na hotel 5 gwiazdowy). Na Bali w innych miejscach za mniej gwiazdek było dużo lepiej. W ośrodku był problem z komarami. W pokojach z balkonami jest bardzo głośno od ulicy i od korytarza, drzwi są nieszczelne i słychać dosłownie wszystko, każdy przejeżdżający samochód i każdego gościa. Jak ktoś lubi cisze to polecam pokoje z wejściem od ogrodu albo wille.

Gutes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Anliegen konnte man per Whatsapp anbringen und wurde immer innerhalb von ein paar Minuten beantwortet. Es gibt genügend Liegen um den Pool. Anlage war sauber und gepflegt.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer gebucht welches als Beach-Access Zimmer benannt wurde. Es war Meerblick aber Zugang zum Strand ist allgemein nur beim Pool möglich. Im Zimmer hatte es 2 kleine Badezimmer- 1 mit Dusche und WC und eines halbüberdacht mit Badewanne und Waschbecken. Wenn man also aufs WC musste konnte man seine Hände entweder unter der Dusche waschen oder musste aus dem 1. Bad ins Zimmer um ins 2. Bad zum Waschbecken zu gelangen. (gerade nachts doch etwas umständlich).

Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und voll in Ordnung. Wir hatten einen Bungalow mit Meerblick - sehr toll. Personal immer freundlich, hilfsbereit. Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort und es war toll!

Der Strand sieht ok aus und wird vom Personal beraumt, jedoch bekommt man schwarze oelige Fuesse und Schuhe. Dafuer kann das Hotel jedoch nichts!!!

Idealne miejsce na krótki lub długi pobyt w Lovinie

Przepyszne śniadanie, bardzo duży wybór zarówno kuchni indonezyjskiej, jak i zachodniej. Dostaliśmy darmowy upgrade pokoju na willę, która była spełnieniem marzenia o Bali. Przepiękny wystrój, wanna w łazience z otwartą przestrzenią na zewnątrz, sporej wielkości sypialnia, taras i przepiękne obejście. Świetny basen i strefa przybasenowa. Idealne miejsce na krótki i długi pobyt.

Mam drobną uwagę co do godziny pierwszego sprzątania pokoju - jest trochę za wcześnie. Pierwszego dnia chcieliśmy pospać, a przed 9, obudziło nas sprzątanie ekipy. Z kolei innego dnia musieliśmy czekać po śniadaniu około 10 minut aż pokój będzie gotowy. Może sprzątanie powinno być już po śniadaniu?

Super séjour

Grand complexe hotelier très luxe. Notre chambre avec vue direct sur la mer était incroyable. Très bien équipée, avec la baignoire extérieure très sympa. Accès direct à la plage depuis l'hôtel. Globalement très bien équipé avec une salle de sport en libre service, plein de transats disponibles pour profiter de la mer. Une très grande piscine avec coussins et panier de basket. Personnel très agréable et disponible avec le sourire. Nous avons par exemple eu un problème avec la baignoire, ils ont été très réactifs. Super restaurant autant pour la partie petit déjeuner (buffet bien garni) que diner.

Très beau coucher de soleil

Très bel endroit pour admirer le coucher du soleil. L'établissement reste à taille humaine il y a du monde mais pas, trop, ce qui est très appréciable. Personnel très présent et à notre écoute. Piscine chauffée très agréable

Les vendeurs qui nous interpellent sans arrêt depuis la plage alors que nous sommes installés à la piscine. C'est insupportable. La direction devrait être plus ferme et leur dire de ne pas embêter leurs clients. Plage n'est pas jolie derrière
