Great time at Kelapa

Friendly and helpful staff, towels and pillows at the daybeds, well maintained garden gave us a feeling of luxury. Great breakfast as well - fresh fruit included. Restaurant served good food.

Lovely Lovina

We liked the clear sea water and black sand beach at the door step. Bed was comfortable, room was a good size. Pool and jacuzzi was available 24 hours. Well maintained gardens.

It felt very isolated when we first arrived, as though we would have to rely upon the resort for everything, but after exploring on foot, we found restaurants, massage and mini marts all close by, but the town is too far to walk. The neighbours, in property next door, were a bit too noisy for my liking, as this disturbed the serene peace and quiet of the resort. Our room was a sea view, but room needed some sheer curtains so we could enjoy the sea view without feeling like we were in a fish bowl.

Perfect location by the sea, very relaxing small hotel.

Perfect view from the pool on the sea. Even though we were the only guests, the staff did light up the pool with dozens of of candles. They prepared nice sandwiches for us to take away as we left before breakfast time.

The location was stunning, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the pool was perfect. It was one of the most relaxing and beautiful places we've ever stayed. Our room was also spacious and comfortable and the food in the restaurant was very tasty.

The location was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, they made me feel comfortable straight away. The pool was at a great temperature and overlooking the sea. They have a jacuzzi pool next to it, which was very relaxing. The food was absolutely phenomenal 😍. The milkshakes are to die for and the orange juice was so refreshing. The rooms were a fantastic size and the bathroom, I wish I could take home with me. The bath itself was big and comfortable, and the outdoor shower was spacious and beautiful. I didn't want to leave.

Beachfront hotel with nice views for sunset and great pool. Restaurant had very good food and breakfast was nice. Well kept outdoors.

We were 3 persons traveling and the third person had to sleep on a very bad quality old mattress on the floor that was almost painful. Bathroom sink was clogged and bathrooms would need some renovation. The beach in front of the hotel is not really for swimming.

First visit 10 years ago,this was even better. Beautiful small resort with 5 villas,very comfortable room with great bathroom and ac. Great pool and restaurant, beautiful gardens. Steps away from ocean,everything perfect. Boat ride from front steps for sunrise swim with the dolphins.

We were lucky to have perfect weather and most days the pool to ourselves, rooms were clean and big, we had a Seaview facing room which was lovely lying on the bed watching the world go by. Nice small complex.

Great little villas, 5 only ,beachfront, very relaxing. Lovely pool you could spend hours in. Staff very friendly and helpful. The owner introduced himself which adds a personal touch. There's a couple of warungs within walking distance. Main town lovina is a taxi drive away of about 8min. Only cause we needed a money changer.

Lovely small intimate accomodation with lovely pool.

Lovely pool and position. Quite a fair way out of Lovina but we had a car so not a problem. There are only 5 units so very boutique. Grounds were very well tended.

We were in Room 5 and the Air con was not very good. Nothing seemed to make it any more effective. They did give us a pedestal fan but we didnt use it as it was very noisy. I did see a review from last year that mentioned the aircon in room 5 not being good.

This gorgeous little hotel is an absolute dream. Beautiful rooms, set in established lush gardens, right I front of the beach. The staff are so kind and lovely and the at the restaurant was top notch .

Pool and our room was great, staff where attentive.

The manager (an australian) male, wandering round berating staff in front of guests, was a very poor display of management qualities. He appeared very penny pinching orientated and it matched up with actual maintenance. for eg the spouting on the main building was hanging down, you see it from the pool all the time you are in the pool. Been like it for months if not longer. Our outdoor shower, used to have a glass roof cover, it had obviously fallen away or been removed but nothing was there to replace it. (Again looked like quite a while ago ) Just as well it did not rain when we wanted to shower.
