The food is not tasty. Breakfast can be much better and lunch too. Tables still need to be cleaned and looks messy during breakfast time.

Very nice resort, great pools, very good staff, breakfast was great. There's not much outside the resort but they have a shuttle to Lovina. They can organise dolphin tours from the resort. I stayed in the King Suite which had one of the comfiest beds ever, and the 1 bedroom pool villa which had a great private pool and outdoor area.

Everything! The staff was fantastic. The facilities were excellent. The roo was clean and very comfortable. The location was a bit out of town but it was nice and quiet and you didn’t need to leave the resort if you didn’t want to.

We had the villa with the private pool, which was huge and very clean. It was lovely and spacious, own beanbag loungers by the pool and the bathroom was massive. The surrounding gardens are lovely and look over the beach.

Only one plug socket either side of the bed so you can either plug the lamp in or charge your phone. Although the bedroom was huge there are only the 2 plug sockets either side of the bed! Even behind the tv, only one socket! It’s strange to have the fridge and kettle outside by the pool and not in the villa, but maybe that’s because there are no plug sockets inside for it! The huge bedroom doesn’t have any drawers or cupboards as there isn’t a lot of storage space, we ended up leaving everything in our suitcases. There are open holes into the village through doors and windows so bugs can easily get into the villa. Breakfast was very confusing every day, they said there was a choice of the buffet or the a la carte menu, and then gave us a menu which looked like it was listing all the items of the buffet. When we asked for the a la carte menu they said we had it, so we didn’t understand and the staff don’t speak great English in order to resolve this. The breakfast items are really limiting and average quality, which is a shame as the location looking over the beach would have been lovely. It seems they cater for non Europeans at breakfast offering nasi goreng and rice no croissants! There’s no other restaurants that you could walk to either. The dolphin tour men stand on the beach directly infront of the villa constantly asking if you want a dolphin tour and then stand right infront of you when you are trying to enjoy the sunset! The live music every night at dinner was at first a novelty but after the first night we realised it’s quite bad music and really loud! We were relieved when they went for a half time break. We asked the hotel for a taxi into the town but they were charging an overinflated price, when we asked if they could call a local taxi for us they refused.

Breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices. Laundry service was very good and efficient. View from the restaurant was relaxing and calming.

The amenities in the room were not always replaced - didn't get face washers or hand towels every day, so had to request replacements. This was frustrating.

Beautiful property, however I was disappointed I spent the additional money on an ‘ocean view’ villa. Unless you are in your room or on the balcony, there is NO ocean view. I could have saved myself a lot of money on another villa.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The villa and private pool are beautiful, the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is fantastically delicious and varied. I highly recommend it!

It wasn't like that.

This is a lovely resort, the rooms are well maintained, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the service was good. The hotel style rooms are good, but the villas are very nice - highly recommend upgrading to one of these if you can. The hotel has it's own beach access and a pool overlooking the beach.

Sadly, our experience at this resort was dampened by the food - the restaurant was at best average, to the point where we stopped eating there. The location is also quite far out of town - about 15 minutes by car or an hour's walk. The resort does offer a car into town and back, but there is a charge for this.

The 1BR suite with private pool is gorgeous

They have plastic water bottles in the room, almost every hotel does refillable glass bottles which is much more eco-friendly.

Love the sunset views at the beach and the live music at night.

A wonderful place to stay when visiting Lovina. Friendly staff and a great one bedroom villa with a pool. We booked two one bedroom villas and they were next door to each other which was perfect. The rooms were large and comfortable. The restaurant on the beach was lovely and food delicious; the view at sunset over the sea was so relaxing. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

Everything is perfect and highly recommend to stay in this hotel. The bed is comfortable and clean. We book the Dolphins tour and the boat pick us up at the beach. Super convenient. The front counter staff is helpful.

The breakfast selection is less and the egg station only one staff to handle. All the orders are mess out.

What an amazing stay. I am sure this is the best place you can stay in Bali. The staff was so friendly. Dinner with a sea view and live music every day and an own private Villa with Pool, which was so beautiful. There is really nothing to improve. Wifi was also great. it is very silent so you can just chill and relax. Thank you very much for everything, we will come back for sure!

We liked the buffet breakfast. It was really nice and good variety. The rooms were comfortable and as described. The staff was very helpful and fun.

Beautiful and quiet retreat. It’s not really possible to walk along the beach into town, but the hotel shuttle was easy to organise at the front desk. Super clean and well maintained property.

Very friendly stuff, willing to help with any requests. Beautiful sunset spot with the swings.

Hotel staff is really nice and the villa is spacious and clean. View is fantastic from the beach area owned by hotel. Dolphin watching is also well-arranged.

You have to rent a scooter or hire a driver to go out in the area!

Service from the staff made us feel like we were royalty. Best service we have ever experienced. The villas are huge and amazing. Literally less than a minute stroll from your villa to the beach. Had an amazing trip to the dolphins and sunrise, hotel arranged and we ordered massage treatments and they came to the villa, also heavenly. This villa is located around 3 hours from the airport but only works out at around 40 euro for the taxi. We went to 5 different places in Bali, some 5 star and this was my favourite. So peaceful, relaxing and beautiful. Food and cocktails were delicious. Staff was top class.

Can't give any negative comments as we loved everything.

The ambiance was very relaxing. We definitely enjoyed the majestic view of the ocean. Staff were accommodating, courteous and can communicate well. Breakfast was exceptional.
